Not worth the hype
Let me start by saying I've been a loyal shark owner for years. I absolutely love the vacuum cleaners and it's the only brand ive purchased for over 15 years. But this just doesn't live up. This comes after I purchased a 400 dollar robot vacuum that started leaking 2 weeks later. And was given the runaround about the warranty.

I like it........I like it alotttttt
Great machine that vacuums and wet/mops my tiled and hardwood floors. Only complaint is that I wish they provided the roller in different thickness for my tiled floor. The roller would not get to the grout but instead spins over the tiles and leaving the cleaning solution which has foamed up frm spinning frm between the 2 tiles. Awesome lil thing - especially if you have dogs!
I absolutely love this thing! We have 3 dogs so it’s a full time job trying to keep the house clean. The vacuum suction is impressive and the mopping feature does a good job. I couldn’t believe how dirty the water tank was after one use!! Regular mopping always feels like I’m just scooting the dirt around on the floor, I love how this product actually sucks up the mess....

Great, cleans fantastically.
I bought it for my daughter for her new home and she loves the way it picks up the dirt and leaves her floors clean znd looking great. She's a very happy camper.

Very Disappointed
We usually have very good experiences with shark products, but I have to say I am very disappointed in this machine ,it was not cleaning as advertised since day 1. It's only use now is a door stop. We.bought a Bissell ccrosswave and that is 1000 times better

Works as advertised!!
Bought this a month ago and it's wonderful! Uses a small amount of cleaner per room and works great! Love the self-cleaning feature.

Niche cleaning - not for homes with large pets
My old shark died, and we moved, so we no longer had carpet downstairs, enter the HydroVac. We have a bulldog who sheds fine fur 24/7 365, a Golden Retriever, and a 20lb mutt. Do waste your money
I bought this in September and the clean water tank has gotten a hole and there are no options for replacement which means this whole vacuum is now garbage. I would think if you made products like that were shotty quality you would at least make replacement parts so they could be purchased.

Great product!
My first vac/mop was a Bissell and I enjoyed the convenience but the shark brand is definitely an upgrade! It is my go to daily cleaner, it does a good job for daily mess with kids, animals and dirt living in the country. The self clean function is easy and keeps it ready to go for the next round!

Terrible product
I bought this product two months ago and it worked fine for the first two weeks but for some reason the vacuum will say that the dirty water tank is full even after I've emptied it and thoroughly cleaned it. It won't work and is completely useless. Save your money and get something better.

bad sweeper and mop
i have another kind of shark power mop. this one is top heavy and it does not have a button to give extra fluid for tough spots. it states it is sweeper also but is not very good one. it stops the sweeper from working when debris covers the top of the dirt container. you have to stop and clean it when there is very little liquid in the container. i would not buy again.

Poor priduct
I've had this product for a year. I own 5 shark cleaning products. I love them all but this one. It leaves to much water on the floors and isn't convenient to use very disappointed

Lightweight. That’s the best thing I can say.
I hope I have time to return it. Bought it for the mopping feature which is virtually useless. Spend more time cleaning than using.

A little improvement needed
I'm overall pleased with the performance of the MESSMASTER and the ease of operation. My only complaint is that if your floors aren't completely smooth/flat you will have to go over the same area with multiple passes and from different directions and sometimes you still won't get the entire area. I would think a fluffier brush roller might fix that problem.

Leaks, Streaks and Does Not Suck up the wayer
i received this in exchange for a vacuum with an expired warranty that never worked. The concept of this machine is good, there are several major flaws. First, it doesn’t scrub even tiny bits of stuck on material. It also does not get close to the edges. It also leaves dirty water and streaks, along with a dull finish. Meh....not a great product.
I bought this a while back and haven't been satisfied with it. It scratched my tile floors, the tank doesn't hold enough cleaner, and the suction isn't very good, I have to go over something several times before the machine picks up debris from my floor.

Shark hydroVac best one ever
I bought this shark hydroVac mess master corded 3-1 vacuum. This a new model, but I have been loving my sharp vacmops for 4 years going strong! It doesn't disappoint you and it keeps cleaning up the dog hair. It takes the pain out of mopping my floors! No more hip pain while mopping! I love it!

Don't waste your money!
TERRIBLE!!! I was so excited about this. I love my old purple steam mop with the pump handle and love my shark vacuum cleaners. This thing is a huge huge disappointment.
