Was good for a couple months
Garbage, does not wet mop after only 3 months. Always used distilled water. The robot will also randomly blink orange and go max speed into the wall.

Waste of Money - Does not work!
Bought about a month ago and this thing is so horrible for how much we paid! It gets lost, circles the house endlessly trying to return to its dock, everything clogs it, disrupts its sensors, or clogs up its wheels. It vacuums the carpet on max power and nothing gets picked up at all. This thing was such a waste of money and huge disappointment.

Help, on which you can count.
Several purchases over the last 2 years have had some issues. These were handled very well by just calling the number for help. Some of the "helpers" had heavy accents that were difficult to understand but all were kind and patient. All helped solve the issue at the time. Terrible Performance, Disappointed!
Does not work! Constantly disconnecting from network. Doesn't go at scheduled times no matter how often I change it. Doesn't pick up much while vacuuming, leaves a lot behind. Errors a lot. Not worth the money.

AMAZING ROBOT!
Bought this about 2 months ago. I must say, this was absolutely, undoubtably one of the BEST purchases I've ever made in my life! This robot is AMAZING! I recently bought a new condo. It does a good job of mapping and going where it is supposed to go. It did forget its map once (maybe after an update) but it made a better map the second time.

Great machine
I have had 2 previous Shark robots and by far this one is the best, it vacuums and mops, does not go over the area rugs when moping or the rooms I choose in the app not to do. It is great for maintenance.

Great robot vaccuum
I had gotten years ago,a robot vaccuum that I didn't like at all. I was thinking about getting one and decided to get this sharp robot vac this time and was pleasantly surprised that it was so smart and completely different experience. I love it,it keeps my hardwood clean.

Don’t waste your money!
I upgraded to a newer model and gave away my older model. Very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and picking up dog hair with this new one. It gathers it then drops random piles of hair and dirt around the house.
