Disappointed
I return it after a few days. I found it to be to complicated to use. The mapping is a pain. Sorry I have used a robot vacuum for years no problem. The app is useless. Sorry I was so excited to buy it, but so disappointed I had to return it.

Don’t waste your money!
I upgraded to a newer model and gave away my older model. Very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and picking up dog hair with this new one. It gathers it then drops random piles of hair and dirt around the house. I’ve only had it 2 months and had to remap 3 times because I thought it may be missing areas but it just doesn’t pick up the dirt and hair. Very disappoin...

Rough setup
New brushes will not go on and the entire setup has too many additional pieces to keep up with an replace. They do not have any of the replacement parts easy to find

Disappointed

Horrible
I bought this and so far Shark has sent 3 different units because this thing wont dock 3 units and the 3 of them have the same issue, while it has the mop pad and a full water tank IT WONT DOCK ON IT'S OWN, we have move them from place to place thinking it may be the floor, the light or whatever but no IT IS THE DESIGN DON'T BUY IT

Won’t mop

Parts fall apart while just sitting

It will leak and ruin your floors
I purchased this and the base leaked and ruined my wood floors. Shark replaced it and it leaked and ruined my wood floors again. It forgets the map as well and only cleans a small area. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It’s just junk.

It's junk with nobody to help.
Never returns to dock on its own. It finds the base and trys but just makes alot of noise the error.

What a joke!
This is my second shark power detect 2 in 1 in less than 6 mi this. I have had my replacement shark for 2 weeks and it is already having multiple issues. A very smart efficient robot

Time in our day back!
This has been the best vacuum and mop I have ever purchased! We use it daily and have a schedule set for while we are sleeping. It has helped manage keeping the floors clean with two dogs and a baby and we have kept our sanity! Our favorite feature has been spot cleaning when messes occur. Would purchase again!

Convenient for organized homes
