Mom loves it
Bought it for my mother, to free up more of her time to care for my father. She reports that it is louder than her other Sharks, but it mops wonderfully.

Disappointed
I return it after a few days. I found it to be to complicated to use. The mapping is a pain. Sorry I have used a robot vacuum for years no problem. The app is useless. Sorry I was so excited to buy it, but so disappointed I had to return it.

It works OK
I have been using this for a couple months.
It does a good job of mapping and going where it is supposed to go. It did forget its map once (maybe after an update) but it made a better map the second time.
I have to remove it from the dock regularly to clean all off the sensors, in my opinion it is not a low maintenance machine. I do this usually more than once a ...

Great machine
I have had 2 previous Shark robots and by far this one is the best, it vacuums and mops, does not go over the area rugs when moping or the rooms I choose in the app not to do. It is great for maintenance.

Great robot vaccuum
I had gotten years ago,a robot vaccuum that I didn't like at all. I was thinking about getting one and decided to get this sharp robot vac this time and was pleasantly surprised that it was so smart and completely different experience. I love it,it keeps my hardwood clean.

PowerDetect 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum & Mop review
This is the second Shark Robot vacuum I've owned. My first one required empting after each run or two. This one is a "NeverTouch and it's nice not having to empty it each time it runs. Don’t waste your money!
I upgraded to a newer model and gave away my older model. Very disappointed at the lack of cleaning and picking up dog hair with this new one. It gathers it then drops random piles of hair and dirt around the house. Rough setup
New brushes will not go on and the entire setup has too many additional pieces to keep up with an replace. They do not have any of the replacement parts easy to find

Horrible
I bought this and so far Shark has sent 3 different units because this thing wont dock 3 units and the 3 of them have the same issue, while it has the mop pad and a full water tank IT WONT DOCK ON IT'S OWN, we have move them from place to place thinking it may be the floor, the light or whatever but no IT IS THE DESIGN DON'T BUY IT

Won’t mop

Parts fall apart while just sitting
I got this robot because my previous two from the same brand fell apart within 2–3 months, and the company offered me a free upgrade. Unfortunately, it has turned into another nightmare. The robot worked well at first, but then the water tank on the base failed—only one month in.

It will leak and ruin your floors
I purchased this and the base leaked and ruined my wood floors. Shark replaced it and it leaked and ruined my wood floors again. It forgets the map as well and only cleans a small area. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and nothing works. It’s just junk.

Great vacuum at pricepoint
We have been using this robot vacuum for about 2 weeks now and so far we like it. A lot of reviews online seems mixed, but decided to give it a try because it was a good price point. It's junk with nobody to help.
Never returns to dock on its own. It finds the base and trys but just makes alot of noise the error.
The base has started leaking. I've tried getting ahold of support with no luck.
