Good first impression
The vacum is as advertised, it's brand new so I can't speak to longevity. Works amazing, it pulls me on the carpet and does a fantastic job, wood floors great also. Sucks the dirt out haha with no dust etc, I really like this shark better than my old one.

Replacement parts in 2 months
CANNOT HANDLE PET HAIR! Broke after 2 months and I need a replacement head because the belt is too difficult to replace. You're spending more in the long run, spend it now on a better vacuum

Not what I expected for the price
The vacuum works well. A bit disappointed at a few of the functions that aren’t as user friendly as the previous model I have. The battery does NOT last as long as stated. It lasts 20 minutes at most if on the strongest setting. On the economy setting the longest I’ve gotten is 35 mins. They also had no replacement batteries available to purchase when I bought it.

Best Vac Ever
Best vacuum I have EVER owned and believe me I’ve owned many many many. Suction like no other. Emptying process is a dream !! Lil heavy-ish but the cleaning power is beyond worth it !!

Much lighter
I bought this for my wife so she doesn’t have to use the electric power detect vacuum. The cordless is much lighter and cleans almost as good as the electric power detect.

Excellent vacuum!!
I’m absolutely loving my new shark cordless vacuum and I love how my hair does not get trapped in the roller head. I love the lights on the head and how when you vacuum the edges it sucks higher. I would not change a thing. I love automatic emptying every time I vacuum.

Awesome Vacuum
I bought my first Shark a few weeks ago. I’m loving it! I was actually surprised at how well it picked up ground in dirt and grime from my area rug. Love the feature of emptying itself! Great design & features
I bought this three months ago for our new home. It picks up all the a Great Features !!changer. It lasts for approximately 45 days before you have to empty it and with the push of a button you empty it into the trash and not having to worry about having vacuum bags on hand, Best design & features Shark could have made.

Not good with pet hair
It seemed nice and I love the idea of it but unfortunately, the vacuum was only used 1.5 for a small living room area before it seized. DO NOT BUY IT FALLS APART
Do not buy this product!!!! We have owned it for less than a month and the front roller has already fallen out and broken from normal vacuum use!
When you call the warranty department they will notcover it under. Shark knowingly has a part that fails and refuses to cover after you spend 500 on a vacuum.
There are multiple parts that aren’t covered, buyers beware!!

Love this vacuum!
I bought this a month ago, and I am so happy I did! It picks up my dog's hair and anything she tracks in! It also is great on the couches-I used the pet brush and the motorized hand tool I purchased extra. It also is fabulous for cobwebs up high that I don't need a ladder to get or stand on a chair. Quit Auto Empty
I bought I assume last years model. Shortly after getting a small spring fell out and it no longer does the automatic emptying and doesn’t pick up very well anymore either. Can’t find anybody in my city that works on Sharks

Great performance
I purchased the shark cordless about a month ago. I replaced my Dyson v10 as I was unhappy with its suction. I am quite impressed with the power detect. I like that it sits on the charger, the suction is really good which matters most. I do hope more accessories come out.

Not worth the money!
Not worth the money.
I hate the power detect when going from carpet to tile. It just revs up and down constantly.
The seal around the filter is awful. Everytime I use it the filter is thick with dust and debris.
