We’re heartbroken to hear that the runtime hasn’t matched your expectations, especially after the first month of use. For clarity, this unit offers different runtimes depending on the cleaning mode selected. ECO mode can provide approximately 70 minutes of cleaning time, Standard mode typically runs for about 25 to 40 minutes, Detect mode varies depending on the floor type, and Boost mode offers around 10 to 12 minutes. If your unit is consistently dropping to around 10 minutes outside of Boost mode, this may indicate an issue with the battery or something else affecting performance.
