Excellent vacuum!
I really like the Clean & Empty system. I hate bags and this system allows for a smaller canister on the vacuum. It does actually sense and respond to wherever I vacuum! This is great because I have a mix of carpets, rugs, and hardwood floors.

Better price, nice features and flexible power.
I like this vacuum because of the automatic floor detection, revearse detection and most important, ability to change suction power while using it as a handheld. I tried a Shark corded stick vacuum and was not able to adjust the suction, which is very important with vacuuming small carpets, light dusting and smaller items. Not happy with it
I bought this about 2-3 mounts ago & disappointed . Charger doesn’t charge @100% so cant can never vaccum the house all at once it dies after 10minutes . Can the charger be replaced ?

Great suction
Love this product a lot.I feel some of them are a little more lightweight and easier to maneuver.That's why I only gave it a four, but I would buy to get in a heartbeat. I think it beats all of them as far as vacuum suction, and that's important

Great Purchase
Recent purchase, so limited utilization, but I believe it is going to be a great purchase. Unboxing and assembly was painless abd so it has worked great on vinyl plank flooring/carpets/area rugs. The automatic empty feature is a big plus.

So far so good
This vacuum is way better value than a Dyson. Love that the collected debris is stored in a larger container for disposal. I have 4 dogs, so far this vacuum is performing well. Great design to have a disconnect for going under low tables.

Great vacuum
Love it pick up dog hair really good so easy to use. You get a long time using it. Love the fact it gets close to the woodwork to pickup pet hair or anything else. That is a real plus.

Shark is new to us
Haven't had this unit long but so far we are very happy with its performance both on carpet and wood floor. Really like the side wall pull feature when travelling along the cupboards in the kitchen. I hope we continue to see decent battery life, that would be the best.

Good Vacuum Overall, Not the best for pet hair.
Good suction and overall works well, but pair hair will clog in-between the soft roller and the teeth. Becomes an issue when you have dogs that shed a lot. I ended up removing the soft roller to alleviate the issue.
