Love this vacuum
Love this vacuum. It was easy to assemble. It is a great vacuum to maneuver and handle around the house and household items. The lift away container to help get spider webs is wonderful. The long cord let’s me go anywhere. The odor absorber does a great job of helping to cover pet odors.

Vacuum is great. Customer service is outsourced foreigners. They cannot understand, and it takes several calls to get warranty service. Plus, Shark makes you pay shipping for warranty service. I'll go back to Bissell. They have people that can understand me and they do not charge me to replace their own defective products. A warranty means the company pays.

Customer Service That Really Matters

new feature odor cartridge
I am liking the new vacuum . There was some changes from an older model that I don't like. The size seems smaller, the cord wraps on the opposite side and not room enough to store the brush attachments.

Lifetime Guarantee
I received my new Shark for free as my other wasn't working. I'd a Lifetime guarantee on my vacuum. I like my replacement as it works very well.

Don’t bother buying
You are not able to take out the back roller. You have to get a special tool and there are a million screws. Yes shark the back roller needs to be cleaned!

doesn’t have the features I thought it would.
I purchased this product a month ago after confirming with a Shark representative that it included a specific feature I needed (the ability to lift away the stick and attach it to the floor piece for easy vacuuming under furniture). Happy life
I’ve had this Shark for few weeks. I can’t believe how good it picks up dirt. Hard to vacuum place is easy with the Shark. I was laughing out loud enjoying my cleaning day. Powerful Suction
Great little vacuum. I don't find it overly loud like others have stated. Awesome power, really does a great job on carpet. I wish the power head was designed to suck edges. I only use this vac for carpet floors as I find the attachment part of the vacuum to be awkward. The hose doesn't go far enough and the handle part is too big for me to utilize effectively. Glad I went back to the Shark brand!
The only improvements that can be made: longer power cord that actually stays attached near the handle, and better onboard tool storage (came with 3 tools but only 2 can store at a time). Otherwise great in a home with multi surface floors and two very fluffy cats who like to toss litter outside their box.

Works Great!
So far. I love it. Picks up a lot of dog hair. Was very impressed with how well it worked. Comes with different attachments. Works great on the couch to get dog hair off.

Good!
Used it twice now,seems ok.
I purchased this one after having another shark rotator for 7 years. It performs ok but I do need to say that the older one seems better built than new one. Still a good vacuum cleaner though.

shark owner for life
This is replacing a shark duo cordless stick that I've had for nearly 15 years. It is fantastic. I thought the old one was good but this is better.

Great Vacuum.
Actually, this is the third one of this model I've purchased. A close friend loved the first one so much, I gave it to her. The second went as a gift to someone who truly needed a quality vacuum. Hoping to hang onto this one for a while. :)

Great Dual Roll Vacuum
I was surprised to see Shark reducing the number of vacuums with the Dual Roll brush system. Cheap junk
Worst piece of junk I even made the mistake buying. My 15 year old Navigator works better than this cheap trash. Save your money, DO NOT BUY.
