Great vacumm
This is my second time owning a Shark vacuum, and overall, I've been very impressed with its performance, versatility, and value for the price. Beware of fake 5 star reviews by people.
I bought this because of all of the positive reviews but it does not hold up to expectations.
Almost every positive review on this site is from someone who received the product for free.
The design is not good at all, the canister gets clogged in the middle of the canister very easily by pet hair.

Look for a better vacuum
I bought this Shark a few weeks ago, and am VERY disappointed in its performance, it does not pick up or clean the rugs in my house very well.My old Shark worked MUCH better. I wish I never bought this Shark.

Not a very good vacumm cleaner
We purchased this vacuum cleaner on 10/09 2025 I have used it just a couple of times, and do not like it at all, our old shark performance lift away has way more suction than this one is a lot quieter and we would not have bought this one if the bottom part wouldn't just drop when you go to pack it around personally I would return this one in a heartbeat for a replacem...

Every Pet Owner Needs One Of These!
Amazing vacuum. I can not believe the difference on how well the roller paddle works versus a roller brush! This vacuum does an outstanding job at picking up dog hair! My boy sheds twice a year and it is always a battle to vacuum it up. This vacuum just sucks it up with no problems. I also love the fact no brush to cut strings or my long curly hair out of. Picks up dirt well.
We have a Shark Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and Odor Neutralizer Technology and it is working well. It picks up more dirt than our older Dyson model. This model is on the heavy side so my wife was not a fan of that aspect.

Superb bang for the buck
Love this vacuum. Super easy assembly. Great value. Significant improvement over my Dyson DC50 which it replaced. Not great at getting under things like the bed but the attachments and the long extension hose help albeit somewhat more difficult. The powerfins do great with my golden retriever's pet hair. The closed system and odor neutralizer eliminate musky smells.

Needs a longer cord
This is my second shark vacuum. I love them. This one lost a star because the cord is at least a foot or two shorter than the last shark vacuum and drives me bonkers.

Great Suction
I have only used it a couple of times and so far it's great. Two things I would change. #1 a headlight and #2 a longer power cord.

AMAING VACCUM
Shark does not mess around . This is PERFECT for a pet owner , I have multiple cats and cleaned my cat trees with ease . My carpets have never felt better on my bare feet . And it left my home smelling good . This is my second shark product and I will keep buying shark products !

Love it!
I bought this a few weeks ago because my old shark vacuum was starting to die. I LOVE IT! The suction works great and the cord is long. I appreciate the anti- clog technology for hair because we have two cats.

It has great features, a hose to get in those lit.

Compared to our previous Shark the new Shark Rotator Pet Upright Vacuum with PowerFins HairPro and Odor Neutralizer Technology | ZU102 | HEPA Filter | Charcoal unit has some negatives.
