Needs improvement to work well
I bought this for small household projects but will be returning it. The staple gun is not spring-loaded, so the staples slide around loosly in the track, causing misfires and rendering it essentially useless.

Needs improvement to work well
I bought this for small household projects but will be returning it. The staple gun is not spring-loaded, so the staples slide around loosly in the track, causing misfires and rendering it essentially useless.

Hello, the JT21CM has a "pusher" mechanism that holds the staples in place after being inserted into the magazine. The "pusher" does have a spring wrapped around the pusher rod to keep staples feeding and securely on track. You may have had a defective tool. A member of our team will reach out to you. Great stapler
This stapler is easy to load and easy to use. The spring level isn't too difficult as the tension is set just right.

Well Built
We bought this to replace our other staple gun and it works really well. We like that this one isn't as heavy as our old one. My husband likes to use the staple gun when he goes to the range and it holds up to being tossed in a bag. We are very pleased with this product!

Great product!
I bought this new stapler gun hoping it would be easier to use becauce of mrheumatoid arthritist that's in my fingers and hands. That said, it was so easy to use, and did the best job of holding cardnoard backing to a mirror of a curio caninet.

Great device!
I bought it today and immediately used in my garage to mount wires to the wall. It works perfect and i finished planned work faster than I could imagine. Very good device!

Lightweight and powerful
I bought this to reupholster chairs and it's perfect for this task. All metal construction with a rubber cushion in the hand grip. I recommend this product for home projects and repairs.
