Needs improvement to work well
I bought this for small household projects but will be returning it. The staple gun is not spring-loaded, so the staples slide around loosly in the track, causing misfires and rendering it essentially useless.

the JT21 Arrow stapler is the best tool i have use
i am a older lady in my late 60's this arrow staple gun is so easy for me to use pulling the handle is a soft pull that makes my house jobs quick and fast it is the best product i have use .

DIY approved!
I bought it for a DIY project and it worked like a charm! I needed to staple a tick fabric to a HDG Plywood and to fix the bottom of my sofa. It handled both jobs perfectly.

Easy to use and works perfectly
I had one of these, and missplaced it, so purchased the exact same one. It works perfectly when I need to staple a canvas into a picture frame. Easy to handle for my small hands

Easy to use

Hello, the JT21CM has a "pusher" mechanism that holds the staples in place after being inserted into the magazine. The "pusher" does have a spring wrapped around the pusher rod to keep staples feeding and securely on track. You may have had a defective tool. A member of our team will reach out to you.
