Disappointing - Plastic Disintegrated
I’ve purchased many, many Sun Joe products and my last two purchases, including this one, is most disappointing. On first use, within 5 minutes, the internal plastic broke into pieces.

I bought this saw to cut down several limbs around my home. It is an ok saw not the greatest of saws. The major issue with this saw was the chain kept popping off, The chain cover has a gap in it when you tighten the bolt, and the black covering around the pole handle started to split in half. Easy to use!

Trimmed my small trees

The quality of the overall product is alright but I don't see it lasting very long. The craftsmanship is not of a high standard. My first project it has worked well.
