Three wrong orders
I received the wrong item. Customer chat said they'd send out a replacement. Next day it was cancelled as they actually didn't have it in stock. A few days later I see it's back in-stock online. I order it and AGAIN receive the wrong item. There is obviously a major error with the stock of mesh wifi routers sold at Staples. I was disappointed Staples customer servi...

Sent Eero 7 instead of Pro 7
I went to pick up this item from the store, glad I opened the item at the register. The item that was shipped is Eero 7 router not the pro. I do not think Staples had pro version in their inventory at all. I have seen other complain the same in another forum.
