Replacement filter never in stock
Bought this and now for almost a year I haven’t been able to get a new filter to replace the old one. Extremely frustrating when you can’t get the replacement you need especially when you live in a wild fire prone area in summer . You must have replacement items available or it makes the product expensive and useless!

Unfortunately not a very good filter.
Really doesn't work well with cigar smoke. The filter gets dirty very quickly so you have to constantly vacuum it to get rid of the particles. Not worth the price

Replacement filter never in stock

Freshens the air, looks great.
I like it a lot, I purchased the Air Purifier MAX and one Large Room Purifier. Only suggestion is to include the remote with the purifier purchase.

Great product.
I’ve had it for a few weeks and it works well. Getting the hepa filter out to take the bag off was a little difficult the first time. The smell neutralizing could be a little better but over all I am very happy with my purchase. It filter the smoke out of the kitchen from cooking on my cast iron really quickly. The pet smell has definitely improved , we own 3 Rottweiler...

Put this one in, coach!
Got this to replace an old HnyWl that was outdated. Just pulling it out of the box i knew it was a powerhouse. I was surprised that it immediately read 100% and was concerned ab accuracy. However when we had something overflow in the oven, causing some smoke, it immediately went to 0 and you could see it slowly come back as the air got cleaner.

Was really hoping this would solve our problems so we bought 2 units. Been running for about 3 weeks now and no change in air quality. Have noticed fine dust building up on the air purifier. Only noticed the air quality dropped when I burned pecans on the stove. Other than that it’s stays on 100% even with 2 bigs dogs in the house.

5 year filter, more like less than a year.
Worked great for 6 months, filter is supposed to last 5 years and I cleaned the outside filters regularly and both are already not working because I need new filters for my big one and the small one I got for my bedroom.

To help maximize your air purifier’s performance and extend filter life, Shark recommends keeping the unit in AUTO mode. Once 100% clean air is maintained for 10 minutes in AUTO mode, the purifier will automatically enter ECO mode to further optimize filter efficiency and longevity. Additionally, to help extend the life of the HEPA filter, we recommend reorienting it every three months. Simply remove the HEPA filter, turn it upside down, and reinsert it so the side that was previously on top is now on the bottom. This helps evenly distribute captured particles throughout the filter and supports longer‑lasting performance. If you like public bathroom spray,this is for you!
The smell of the odor neutralizer cartridge is disgusting. It literally smells like a public bathroom urinal cake. The fact that they don’t offer different scents is insane. I specifically purchased this for this feature so I’m returning it.

Does not work!
Purchased 2. I originally placed one upstairs and one downstairs living area. However they both were reading at 60%. So I placed both downstairs which is approximately 1200sqft ( which one purifier should work for) opposite ends of the house. One in kitchen one in living room. Works as advertised. I purchased 2 of the largest purifiers . One for the living room which connects to the kitchen. And one for the master bedroom. Easy to setup. Connected the one in the living room. 10 to 15 minutes it reached 100, while cooking dinner it dropped to 81. Recover back to 100 in about 25 minutes after done cooking. I am so disappointed with this air purifier. After only a month of use it started malfunctioning, saying that my air quality is always really low, even getting stuck at zero for extended periods of time. Its OK for certain uses
I got this a few weeks ago to help with issues we have with some smoke from our pellet stove on startup or if food gets over cooked to preclude the smoke alarms going off.. It seems to be ok but we still have a smell so it doesnt get all smells out of air.. Best gift to myself this year
I purchased during Black Friday 2025. I liked it so much I came back and bought one for my daughter home. She has 3 dogs and my grandson has allergies also. What a fantastic gift to give.
