I drank the kool-aid!
Just got this in a couple of days ago. I am so disappointed. I wanted to love this but the sensor does not work! It reads 100% clean air the whole time it’s running! I’ve even sprayed all kinds of things around it and it still never changes. A big  Waste of money!

Life saver and game changer,!
I bought my Shark Clean Sense Air Purifier MAX with Odor Neutralizer Technology several months ago. I have an underlying condition so I run it 24/7. I often wonder what life would be like if I had never bought it.

I really wanted to like this as it worked well in the beginning. The first one I had the sensor went out after 11 months. However, the service was great, and they replaced it with a new one. Air Purifying Work Horse
I'm so happy I bought this air purifier. It really does it's job. I love to cook and the smell would linger for hours. After I'm done cooking the house smells great after a couple of hours.

Best air purifier I've ever had!
I've had many air filters over the year to deal with allergies,, and this is the absolute best! I'm using it in my kitchen, which is often filled with cooking odors. (My overhead exhaust fan needs repair.) It's very good at detecting when it needs to turn up the fan, and when it can go back to normal mode. Smells nice and is quieter than others I have used.

Stuck on 0% Clean air
Stopped working correctly after 2 weeks. Stuck on 0% clean air. Must be bad sensors. Happened to the 1 air purifier from shark as well. They make me cut the cord and then they send me another one. If this one doesn’t work I think I’m gonna have to ask for my money back.

Don’t waste your money
Customer service is great at shark but their products are terrible. I have tried every air purifier and all of them with those sensors do not work. I would not recommend this to anybody. I finally just gave up and I even returned it.

No replacement filters available!!!
I liked it all right until I needed to buy accessories for it. For instance the filter that you have to have in order to use the product. The replacement filters are non-existent and are always out of stock. I've looked everywhere and I have set up to be notified if they ever come back in stock again. Broke on the second week
Broke on the second week of using, the power button keeps flashing and it makes this weird quiet sound. There’s no way of resetting or rebooting it. It just stopped working, also I thought it comes with a top filter piece but that came missing.

Nice product
Got this as part of a package with the Shark AZ4000 vacuum. We’ve had it since Christmas and so far it is fine. I was pleasantly surprised that the “ purity indicator “ has been showing high 80’s all the way up to 100% purity no matter what room it’s in. I’ll know more about the product as time goes on but for now I’m liking it!

I've been using the Shark Clean Sense Air Purifier with Odor Neutralizer Technology for about a week and I like it. The Odor Neutralizer pellet is a little strong so I turned it down and it's fine. Happy with it:)
