Seems to work great....for a week
Broke after 5 days, making a horrendous squealing noise whenever running. Called for support and they couldn't replace it for a few weeks, called back and they still cannot replace it. I'll be honest I'm getting pretty mad at the whole ordeal.

I bought two of these air purifiers. The two big takeaways are:
1) They are highly efficient and very quiet! They only turn on automatically when the air analyzer identifies that particulates in the air need to be removed. This saves primary energy use and keeps the air fresh.

Not Worth The Price
Not worth the price. You can get units much less expensive that do the quality of work. Didn't help much with odors when cooking or anything else for that matter. Also, my house is still dust as a contractors workbench. If wasn't to late I would return it.

WORKS AMAZING
Absolutely Amazing. Works Great and would recommend. I have 2 air purifiers and live with one dog. Both are fantastic. I don't understand why the majority of negative feedback is from largely, Female Customers.

Not sure about the accuracy and no odor control.
This sensor did nothing when I sprayed cleaner or air freshener near it. Still showed 199 percent clean air. It did react to blowing smoke into it. The air freshener pack smell is not noticeable unless I have my nose right at it. I’m not sure it works well as animal smells are not cleaned. The carbon should be cleaning animal smells. Filter has not lived up to expectations
I purchased The NeverChange on Apr 15, 2025 and the filter is down ro 15%. I expected it to last much longer

Quiet!
Very pleased with this air purifier! Easy to get it going. Very quiet. Notice my husband’s sneezing has slowed, so I feel this has helped with the air.

Ship time was amazing does exactly as it says it would do is super silent efficient and definitely cleans the air for me! I’m going through a severe allergen problem currently and having to turn my house upside down and this purifier has been my best friend through all of it:)

Horrible sensor issues
Sensor broke and get nothing but an error code. It no longer works after only 20 days🥴 I e called and went thru the check list to fix it but it always just says 0 and blows air. Useless.

I have had it about 2maybe 3 weeks now & ive seen NO difference? It ALWAYS says 100 air which i k ow is false! I have 7 pups & none of the filters have been dirty with dust,hair which we have a lot or anything! I just feel like it blows out scent periodically & thats it!

Great purifier
I have had this purifier for a few weeks and it is awesome. It’s super quiet and works super quick when it has to clean the air. My old one was very load had to turn up the tv when it was cleaning the air.

Well-worth the investment.
I've had this air purifier for a couple of days and inadvertently put it to the test. I have a wood stove in the same room as the purifier. I made a fire in the stove that didn't quite get going right away and I needed to open the door to shir the fire. Upon opening the stove door, smoke billowed into the room. Exactly what I expected.
It works as intended. I'm using it in my master bedroom suite. I like that the remote control from my previous shark he401 works with it. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are expecting it to do. The only issue I have, is the sensor on this model and my previous he401 model react to my humidifier in the winter.

Love this air purifier!
I did not think this was going to be as good as it turned out! The air quality in my house is GREAT! Just set it on AUTO and it cleans the air as needed. I even noticed better sleep and not waking up in the morning all stuffed up. This is a great unit, I purchased one for up stairs and down stairs. VERY IMPRESSED!

Pricey, but very useful
We have had this model for several months. The volume of pet hair and dirt it catches is staggering. We just purchased another for another room and a smaller one for the bedroom. Very satisfied.
