Remote doesn’t work, difficult exchange process
Purchased this fan this week, was delivered on time and then did not work immediately out of the box, the remote does not work, and does not connect to the unit even with troubleshooting and change of batteries. Great Fan
I love this tower fan. The different settings and positions has kept me cool so far this summer. I reallow love Shark/Nina products and the customer service is wonderful.

Not worth the money
Bought this a week ago and very excited to use it. This fan is not quiet. It has a silent mode but the airflow is too weak even on highest level. Hard to take apart to return. This unit is a fail for our needs.

Bad control
Love the fan, only problem is the control doesn’t work. Called customer service, and was told to call back in 2weeks because they didn’t have any. Disappointed on that, since this item isn’t cheap, and it was a gift!

Must Have!!
This is the 3rd one I have purchased and I can not express enough how quiet this fan is. Not only is it quiet for some reason the fan seems to circulate colder air. I can not express how wonderful this fan is!

Like that it's bladeless
Was so excited to get this fan and I am not happy with it. It's very loud, I thought it would be taller and bed mode was what I was ready for and it was sadly very disappointing. Love all my other shark/ninja products and I have quite a few but this is the first one I don't like. Wish now I had bought the air purifier.

Potential to be great
I bought this a couple weeks ago and it won’t oscillate. I have to send it back and wait for a replacement. I’m not feeling the air like I thought I should as it says it’s turbo and this is a very expensive fan. I want to love this fan but so far I not very happy with it. Hopefully the replacement changes my mind.

AM-AZ-ING!!
Probably the best purchase of my life. I overheat very easily and the summers are especially horrible when it comes to sleeping. However, this fan is a game changer and literally provides a blanket of comfort that you won't find anywhere else. That's only ONE FEATURE. This thing does everything I don't know how I've ever lived without this. 100/10

White isn’t right (it’s gray)
I ordered the white and gold fan however what arrived was a gray and rose gold fan. I thought I accidentally picked the wrong color however they don’t even sell a gray fan. I’m not sure if this is an old color or if the color white is misleading. If you are looking for white, this isn’t it.

Nice but way over priced
If you notice many of the 5* reviews are because they got it for free, I didn't. I paid $250 for it. With that being forgotten for a moment, it IS a nice fan. The ability to angle the blades is really nice, the drawback is how much air it pushes and how loud it is at higher speeds. Cannot be disassembled
Not worth the price. The worst part is the fan blades don’t come off. This makes it difficult to return. Called customer service and they confirmed this fan cannot be disassembled. Very disappointing. They said I’d have to buy a box big enough to ship it back. I’m very disappointed.

Great Breeze
Product put together in just a few minutes. It operates very quiet and you get a great breeze when on the high setting. Love that you are able to turn the blades for a more narrow path.

I was a little skeptical on this item but the price was right so I took a chance. I really like the quiet nature of the fan and the multiple settings it has. Very easy to put together out of the box. Very steady stream of air coming out of the unit, which helps keep the room cool.
