Not for me
The advantage I discovered with this sponge is that it is simple to grip and fits comfortably in your hand. This might work for simpler DIY projects, but it wasn't up to the challenge at hand for me. The sanding dots were breaking and the sponge was disintegrating. I believe my project was a little too much for this sponge. I was working with driftwood and required a se...

The best
I am a professional general contractor and I can say hands down, 3M sanding sponges are the best. I buy these by the pallet. The cheap sponges you can bulk buy from the local paint store are trash. Spend the extra money up front of spend 3x more on the back end.

Works Great
This block is definitely best for a flat service. I would not recommend trying to use it on anything that has a curve. I used it for a project coffee table and it worked out nicely.

Love thsi
I love this sanding block because it is so easy to use and it don’t get dull because you can just rinse it off and reuse it. Having to sand can be a pain when you have to sand a small area with a big sander, but this one fits in your palm and can get to the small rough spaces to reach!

Works great
This sanding block works great and is easy to use. I like using blocks like this because the sandpaper doesn’t move around or rip up. The block is comfortable to use and it allows you to sand out hard to reach places. Very happy with this item and I would recommend any product from 3m.

Great sanding block for smaller projects
This has been really useful for a quick sanding job if I don’t want to pull out the full blown automatic one. It has been very convenient to use for smaller DIY projects. Looking forward to see what else I can utilize this for around the house

Easy!
This 3M sanding block is the perfect tool for its purpose it was very comfortable to use while standing on my wood projects I did notice a difference with it being a fast sanding sponge it did seem to make the work go a lot quicker and I would highly recommend this product to anybody that is working on a project that needs sanding completed

3M Sanding Sponge
The 3M sanding sponges are easier and more efficient than using sandpaper sheets. It makes sanding larger items like a door much easier to do. I also found the sanding sponge easy to hold and maneuver.

Fast and clean
I have been refinishing walls for painting in my house this winter. This sanding sponge is great. It quickly smooths spackle and other fillers. Wetting it really reduces the amount of dust created and makes cleaning up much easier. Generally easier to use than sand paper for smoothing spackle as well.

Easy to use
I love this sanding block it's easy to use and easy to hold. It has many sides so you just rotate them and it's like a fresh new piece but so much easier to hold on to then a thin piece of paper. They come in different grits for various jobs.
