Horrible
Third machine I received that was defective. First one just stopped working, second one the grinder wasn’t working correctly and third is leaking. Currently in the process of trying to return it and the process has been so frustrating. I’ve been on the phone with many reps- some helpful, some not and the issue is still unresolved. Great look!
The design looks great on the counter — clean, modern, and solidly built. It’s also surprisingly easy to use. I'm not an experienced barista, but able to pull a good shot in a day. The controls are intuitive, the grinder settings are simple to adjust, and pulling a consistent shot doesn’t take much effort.

Quiet Grinder Shines, Steam Wand Issue Disappoints
I really enjoy this espresso machine. The grinder is impressively quiet—easily the quietest I’ve ever used—and that feature alone is worth five stars.
That said, I did start noticing a small but constant drip from the steam wand within the first two months. It only happens when the pump is running, but it’s persistent enough to be concerning.

Would give extra stars if possible ✨
After a month of nearly daily use, we're still in love with this thing. Easy to use, zero issues. Couldn't be happier! 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Love it! It all works super well and looks great to boot. My only complaint, and it could be a user error, is I cannot figure out the steamer wand for the vegan milk for foam

Great Coffee Machine
Great coffee machine from KitchenAid. Solid build, easy to use, and makes consistently good coffee. The size is perfect — compact enough for the bench but still feels substantial and well made. Very happy with this purchase.

Water leaking from tank straight out of the box

Easy to use
This was a gift that gets used everyday. It is extremely easy to use. I use it primarily for lattes, but have made Americanos also.

Love this coffee machine.
I bought this with the Black Friday sale as a Christmas present for my sister but we decided to open it early as we couldn’t wait. We absolutely love the coffee machine we were using a Nespresso at home but we wanted cafe quality coffee which now we get.

Great Coffee from a Great Machine
I searched for some time to find the perfect coffee machine. Kitchen Aid products that I had bought previously have been excellent, so I was confident that my Semi Automatic Coffee Machine would live up to expectations. It's compact, stylish and simple to use. Better still, it delivers a fabulous cup of coffee.

Lovely looking coffee machine and make good coffee
I have had my eye on this coffee machine for some time. Glad I finally purchased it. Easy to set up, looks great. Took me awhile to get perfect the grind and good cream.

Great look Great to use Great coffee
I have owned several other makes of coffee machine over the years but my new machine trumps them all. As the title states it has been well engineered not only simple to use but looks very stylish in my kitchen. The machine stood out from the more the busy looking European machine I looked at, well done.

Kitchen aid semi auto espresso machine
This little machine is going well 10 weeks after purchase. The coffee grinder however has started to spill grounds all over the kitchen bench..Is this a fault issue?
