Great nbuy
After an extensive search of espresso machines to replace my 8 year old Phillilps I landed on the KF7. So far I am really happy with the decision. The machine provides excellent espresso and I cannot wait to try the other drinks it products

Great until it breaks
I bought this 2 months ago via Whirlpool Inside Pass. The machine was great until yesterday when an erorr appeared regarding the water tank. The machine thinks that the water tank is empty and will not dispense drinks until the error is cleared. I have maintained the unit exactly according to the prompts/recommendations so I don't understand how this has happened in suc...

Bought this in July 2025. Have generally been happy with the coffee it makes - at least until recently. Has started to exhibit odd behavior, such as coffee being ground without making pucks (hence, no coffee made, just wasted beans), extra loud and explosive steam noises, and so on. Great coffee maker. Lots of flexibility. Takes a few cups to get everything dialed in but after that, it's awesome. You can adjust the amount of milk and coffee in each selection and even double the selection if you want to make multiple coffees at once. Also super quiet, even the grinder.

Super quiet, easy to use, great espresso
The KF7 has performed flawlessly so far and is super quiet and easy to use. Best of all it makes a great espresso with lots of crema and thick milk frothing. Filling the water tank is super easy as is filling the bean hopper.

Coffee great but milk not so
After buying the machine and using it twice my wife and I decided that the coffee espresso tasted beautiful but after selecting hot on the automatic milk component the milk was not hot enough. I guess we were looking for an extra hot setting like we ask for in a cafe

Thanks for the review. The optimal water temperature for brewing espresso ranges from 87–96°C, whereas the milk is frothed to 57°C so to not burn the different milk alternatives (e.g. oat, almond, soy and dairy).
If you like a hotter coffee, we recommend adjusting the water and milk levels along with warming your cup (just rest it on top of the machine) before brewing. You can adjust the temperature levels (Low-Medium-High) within this range, tuning the temperature approx. of +/- 2°C to 5°C. This can allow you to find and set the temperature exactly how you like it ☕

The coffee machine of dreams
This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.

Excellent Machine
I have had this machine for a few weeks now and am very pleased with it. The features are great for preparing your exact preferences. It is a solid machine that looks wonderful on my counter. I had a Delonghi before this that couldn’t quite make the perfect cup

We are loving our KF8! It is so simple to use and maintain. I was concerned about the cleaning and maintenance process. Simple and Delicious
This has been a great new addition to our home. We love how simple it is to make delicious lattes that taste as good or better than the chains! My wife has been having a lot of fun perfecting her barista skills. It is so simple to use and clean. We loved it so much we have one for our lake now too!

Machine is broke is less than a month
