This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.

I experience with this company very bad experience it's been more than two weeks I am trying to order coffee machine with out no reason the been canceling i have been a customer with this company more than 13 years never have problem . I am so disappointed 😞

Great Coffee but machine fails
We bought the KF7 coffee machine as a Christmas present for ourselves. We loved it. All the great things that we read about the KF7 were true and it met our expectations... until an issue arose with the coffee output.

This was the perfect Mother’s Day gift! As a coffee lover, I can’t recommend this machine enough. It’s incredibly easy to use, and having a delicious cup of espresso at home is such a treat. I’m so spoiled!
Well, I now consider myself an Espresso Princess! I’m absolutely spoiled by my new KF7! From the ease of use and cleaning to the drink options and ability to customize them to my own user profile, I could not be more pleased with my purchase. And it’s a classy addition to my countertop. Fantastic Coffee - Better than Jura
I replaced my old Jura with this and I love it. The only problem is that I've had to cut back a bit on my coffee consumption because this makes such a better and stronger cup of coffee. I love the different combinations that are available with the frother.

Plastic Heaven
Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.

Love it!
We’ve had it for almost a couple of months now and we love it! It replaced an older espresso machine and a drip coffee machine. You can do a lot of customization which helps to get the coffee to your liking.
The machine is very easy to use and the screen will guide thru everything, which is awesome.

Produces great drinks easily
We have been enjoying this espresso machine. The only downside we have found is the drinks come out just warm. If you don’t drink it quickly it’s cold within a few minutes. We find ourselves putting it in the microwave right after making it. At the price of the machine you would think this wouldn’t be an issue. Wonderful Coffee Machine
I cannot make one negative comment about this KF7 coffee machine. Have been using it for almost three months and it has never let me down. It's simple to set up. Love that I can pop in the decaf coffee and then quickly switch over to normal coffee so easily. Also given some very nice gifts such as coffee and glass cups

Worst coffee machine ever.
Coffee comes out watery and I purchase expensive beans. It does not make coffee it makes hot water. I regret purchasing.

Nice Machine

Game changer
This machine is a game changer! I love the options, ease and results. Best coffee on a regular basis, delicious lattes and cappuccinos and perfect espresso. My grandsons love the heated milk and frothed milk for their hot chocolate. Every aspect has been designed perfectly.

It's a product.
I bought this about a month ago. It's... Fine. It does what it says on the box. It is, however, terrible at foaming milk. Maybe it's me. Maybe I don't know the skeleton key of settings to get a creamy latte out of it. Most likely though, it's just bad at it. So I'll use it until I break out of the sunk cost fallacy loop and buy another super automatic.

I did a lot of research into super automatics before purchasing the KF7 at the insiders pass discount. At the reduced price I think it provides the best quality to value over other brands.
