Great until it breaks
I bought this 2 months ago via Whirlpool Inside Pass. The machine was great until yesterday when an erorr appeared regarding the water tank. The machine thinks that the water tank is empty and will not dispense drinks until the error is cleared. I have maintained the unit exactly according to the prompts/recommendations so I don't understand how this has happened in suc...

Great features

Overall pleased so far after 1 month
Overall I'm pleased with this appliance. The coffee temperature is excellent, no more lukewarm coffee! It is relatively quite and has plenty of customization options for coffee drinks. Using coffee grounds is cumbersome, I would have preferred a separate compartment to put in the grounds instead of having to remove the entire lid from the coffee bean reservoir. At th...

I’m impressed
I’ve been using the KF7 for a few weeks now and I’m impressed. It truly is 'fully automatic'—from the grinding to the milk frothing. The espresso is rich and has a perfect crema every time.

Makes a great cup!
I bought this about three months ago, and I honestly don’t know how we lived without it before. There’s nothing like a fresh cup of hot coffee, and this makes it so easy. Simple to use, easy to clean, and works great. Highly recommend!

Super quiet, easy to use, great espresso
The KF7 has performed flawlessly so far and is super quiet and easy to use. Best of all it makes a great espresso with lots of crema and thick milk frothing. Filling the water tank is super easy as is filling the bean hopper.

Coffee great but milk not so
After buying the machine and using it twice my wife and I decided that the coffee espresso tasted beautiful but after selecting hot on the automatic milk component the milk was not hot enough. I guess we were looking for an extra hot setting like we ask for in a cafe

Thanks for the review. The optimal water temperature for brewing espresso ranges from 87–96°C, whereas the milk is frothed to 57°C so to not burn the different milk alternatives (e.g. oat, almond, soy and dairy).
If you like a hotter coffee, we recommend adjusting the water and milk levels along with warming your cup (just rest it on top of the machine) before brewing. You can adjust the temperature levels (Low-Medium-High) within this range, tuning the temperature approx. of +/- 2°C to 5°C. This can allow you to find and set the temperature exactly how you like it ☕

Coffee at another level
My DeLonghi super automatic died; and I went tonAnthinys (Markham) and was introduced to the Cuisinart Superautomatic. It has been an amazing.

The coffee machine of dreams
This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.

I experience with this company very bad experience it's been more than two weeks I am trying to order coffee machine with out no reason the been canceling i have been a customer with this company more than 13 years never have problem . I am so disappointed 😞

I’m so spoiled!
Well, I now consider myself an Espresso Princess! I’m absolutely spoiled by my new KF7! Fantastic Coffee - Better than Jura
I replaced my old Jura with this and I love it. The only problem is that I've had to cut back a bit on my coffee consumption because this makes such a better and stronger cup of coffee. I love the different combinations that are available with the frother.

Plastic Heaven
Works great! Be aware that it’s made of mostly plastic.Even the lines where hot water goes through. Just think of the amount of microplastics every time you make a cup of coffee. I’d like to see this redesigned with less plastic parts.
