The coffee machine of dreams
This coffee machine is amazing so easy to use, prompts when water needs filling or trays need emptying.
You can adjust the way your coffee is made and whether you prefer milk or coffee first.
We wasted money on another brand that was held at a high standard but the coffee was never nice from day one.

Great Coffee but machine fails
We bought the KF7 coffee machine as a Christmas present for ourselves. We loved it. All the great things that we read about the KF7 were true and it met our expectations... until an issue arose with the coffee output.
The first machine we had failed in February after less than 2 months use. It was replaced under warranty. Great!!

Spectacular Machine
This is my first fully automatic espresso machine and I am glad I didn’t buy a cheaper one.
I upgraded from an OXO machine since I wanted an all in one machine and the KF7 meets all my requirements. It is easy to take care of and lots of instructional videos. My coffee tastes substantially better now and I’m in the process of learning more about coffee beans as well.

Well-built solid coffee machine at a great price!
Solidly built quality coffee machine successfully competing with Jura and similar high-end devices. Very sturdy and well-done. Made in Switzerland! The only minus I would mention is a slightly low temperature of a coffee+milk beverages (missing of a "very hot" setting in the menu). Otherwise it's a wonderful machine!

Well beyond our expectations
We have had this machine now for three months and absolutely love it...we are totally ruined. Super easy to operate once to get the menu structure. The unit provides terrific hand-holding notifications and step-by-step instruction for the cleaning maintenance. Set-up was easy and we have zero complaints.

Great Coffee, No Fuss
The KF7 really delivers! I am a black coffee drinker, primarily. I mostly drink Americanos and coffees from the menu. I found it very easy to adjust the settings to my preference. Cafe quality

Awesome addition to my morning!
I love my espresso machine! It makes mornings so much better! The design is beautiful and looks lovely in my coffee bar area. The variety of drinks I can make is great. I have noticed it doesn’t tell me when I need to add beans and can run out in the midst of a grind and it keeps on going. So I have to pull another shot after I add more beans. Upgrade your life *quietly*
This thing is seriously life-changing. It's so easy to use, clean, and maintain. And my FAVORITE thing about it...it's incredibly quiet. I was nervous about grinding espresso every morning at 5am and annoying my neighbors in the apartment next door, but you can barely hear this from across the room, so through a wall, the sound would be nonexistent.

Wonderful Coffee Machine
I cannot make one negative comment about this KF7 coffee machine. Have been using it for almost three months and it has never let me down. It's simple to set up. Love that I can pop in the decaf coffee and then quickly switch over to normal coffee so easily. Also given some very nice gifts such as coffee and glass cups

Kf7 Is the superautomatic you want!
Whirlpool/Kitchen Aid knocked it out of the park when they designed, developed and released the Kf7 Espresso machine! Your search for your superautomatic is over! Get this one and forget the other noise!

Worst coffee machine ever.
Coffee comes out watery and I purchase expensive beans. It does not make coffee it makes hot water. I regret purchasing.

I love my KF7. We have been using it every day. I wasn’t sure if I wanted this or a Jura but all the automatic cleaning features were what made my choice.
