Great until it breaks
I bought this 2 months ago via Whirlpool Inside Pass. The machine was great until yesterday when an erorr appeared regarding the water tank. The machine thinks that the water tank is empty and will not dispense drinks until the error is cleared. Makes great coffee/espresso!!
I bought this around Thanksgiving and so far we love it. It is a little loud but it's a grinder and brewer and makes great drinks. So far we haven't had any problems and it's easy to use!

Built to last
This machine makes excellent coffee. It’s also built to last. All the components are heavy duty and the body is stainless steel. I gave it 4 stars because the milk frother could do a better job but the drinks are excellent and it’s very user friendly.

Great appliance but drinks could be hotter
The KF7 is very simple to operate once set up. I like the self cleaning options and automatic rinsing. The only criticism I have is that the product (coffee, cappuccino, etc.) is not hot enough for my taste even though I have it set for the hottest setting. Before purchasing I noted that this seemed to be a common complaint, but not a deal breaker. Otherwise it's wond...

Love the purchase
We have had the espresso machine for about a month and really love it. So many options and easy to use. We only wish the milk froth was hotter.

Nice machine but doesn't froth well
Bought the machine on 11/7/25. Been mostly happy with the machine but does not really froth well. Also the machine cleans constantly. Seems a little over kill but can't control this.

Great features, perfect coffee.
The unit exceeded my expectations. I like saving user profiles with their favorites and settings. The coffee tastes fresh, and all the recipes are exquisite. I also like bypassing the grinder and adding another hopper with different coffee. I highly recommend this product!

A Surprisingly Capable Superautomatic from Kitchen
The KitchenAid KF7 Superautomatic Espresso Machine has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It’s incredibly user‑friendly—basically a “press and enjoy” setup—but still gives you enough control to fine‑tune your espresso the way you like it. The built‑in grinder is smooth and consistent, and the machine heats up quickly, which is great for busy mornings.

Super quiet, easy to use, great espresso
The KF7 has performed flawlessly so far and is super quiet and easy to use. Best of all it makes a great espresso with lots of crema and thick milk frothing. Filling the water tank is super easy as is filling the bean hopper.

Luxury experience without being a barista!

I’ve been using this for a bit now and honestly, it’s an absolute unit. I used to only make espresso on the weekends because it was too much of a hassle during the work week, but this has totally changed my routine. It’s so fast and convenient that I’m actually drinking coffee every day now.

Coffee great but milk not so
After buying the machine and using it twice my wife and I decided that the coffee espresso tasted beautiful but after selecting hot on the automatic milk component the milk was not hot enough. I guess we were looking for an extra hot setting like we ask for in a cafe

Thanks for the review. The optimal water temperature for brewing espresso ranges from 87–96°C, whereas the milk is frothed to 57°C so to not burn the different milk alternatives (e.g. oat, almond, soy and dairy).
If you like a hotter coffee, we recommend adjusting the water and milk levels along with warming your cup (just rest it on top of the machine) before brewing. You can adjust the temperature levels (Low-Medium-High) within this range, tuning the temperature approx. of +/- 2°C to 5°C. This can allow you to find and set the temperature exactly how you like it ☕
