Self cleaning, simple instructions, perfect for plant based milk and fully automatic. Let down by luke warm flat white
Great machine in every aspect, though very disappointed in the luke warm flat whites it produces. The temperature is around 51c... should be at least 60c.
I have to nuke the coffee after it's made. Very disappointed for an expensive machine.

KF8 loud but works as expected
This is our 2nd one to replace the defective unit. So far 1 month and it works well. Very loud, but functions as expected.

Great coffee maker, easy to use
I like everything about this machine, especially the ease of cleaning. It literally walks you through everything, and the steps are easy to accomplish. I use this machine A LOT, and am delighted.

Love it
I love my white KF8 fully automatic coffee machine. It is big but because it is white it only blends to my bench top and wall. It doesn’t make space look smaller. I can also select the beans and type of milk I want. Making me more addicted to coffee … hahaha

Easy to use, Reliability still undecided
I am glad I did not pay full price. The machine is ok. The system is used about 4 times da day, mainly for straight coffee. I just installed a second water filter. This seems extremely odd considering the system is not used anymore than my old Keurig. Coffee temperatures should be increased for all drink options.I have it set to the hottest temp and it is simply ok. I ...

Perfect purchase
We extensively researched, fully automatic, espresso machines and are extremely pleased with our purchase. The quality of the build and operation of the espresso machine is first class. The user interface is intuitive including the cleaning.

Does Great Job & almost totally cleans itself.
Actually this Automatic Espresso Machine is a replacement for one that I had for almost 10 months old when it started leaking water. KitcchenAid cheerfully replaced it. Thank You So Much

If like plant-based milk, this is for you!
Great espresso machine so far. I prefer oatmilk, so I bought it specifically because it has this option. Make sure you buy Barista milk if you want to work it properly; I'm not sure about cow milk. Very easy to maintain and clean; KitchenAid did an excellent job.

Great coffee
The KF8 was the perfect machine for our family. The quiet grinding is incredible and provides the lack of waking up we wanted when the other one of us is asleep.
The only issue I have is the coffee is on the smaller side but this is easily rectified by playing with the settings or making a double.

Best choice we made.
We got the fully automated espresso machine about a month ago. Love the automated features that it offers for both brewing and self cleaning. Very convenient and easy to use.

Works great, very happy with my purchase.
I purchased the Kitchen Aid to replace my Delonghi coffee machine which I had for 5 years and was always a little disappointed with it. Very happy with the KF8 coffee machine. It was cheaper than the Delonghi and actually makes hot coffee. I would certainly recommend the KitchenAid KF8.
