Disappointing Frother
The KF8 was bought as an addition to the De’Longhi Eletta we have to end the debate over decaf coffee or regular coffee. The Eletta always produces perfect milk drinks with a domed froth top. The KF8, however , falls flat with a thin bubbled layer on top of the milk. The menu design on the touch screen is impressive. I just wish Kitchen Aid could give us more froth.

Great coffee
The KF8 was the perfect machine for our family. The quiet grinding is incredible and provides the lack of waking up we wanted when the other one of us is asleep.
The only issue I have is the coffee is on the smaller side but this is easily rectified by playing with the settings or making a double.

Easy to use - fab coffee
Bought my machine in the Black Friday sales and am so happy. I am not very tech savvy but this machine guides you through every process. Best choice we made.
We got the fully automated espresso machine about a month ago. Love the automated features that it offers for both brewing and self cleaning. Very convenient and easy to use.

Works great, very happy with my purchase.
I purchased the Kitchen Aid to replace my Delonghi coffee machine which I had for 5 years and was always a little disappointed with it. Very happy with the KF8 coffee machine. It was cheaper than the Delonghi and actually makes hot coffee. I would certainly recommend the KitchenAid KF8.

Great versatility and quality
I have had this machine for a month and I love the versatility it offers. Modifying volumes, coffee strength and mixes are fast and easy. I also find the machine is very quiet. A great choise in my opinion.

Makes a great coffee
Makes a great coffee, but uses a lot of water before and after its coffee making process.
For every coffee or two made, the machine purges itself around 1 cup of water. So it's pretty heavy on water consumption and obviously fills the waste trays quite quickly with waste water.
Apart from that, 2 months on it seems like a good machine that makes good coffee.

Great coffee, and so easy to use
Had a look at several coffee machines before settling on the Kitchen Aid, even though there were none on display in our town. Very pleased with it. It is simple to operate, quiet, with many features to explore. Pity the milk function does not double when making two cups together.

What a great choice we made
We had an Italian automatics coffee machine for 19 years but realised we needed to update to a new model. We looked at lots of different machines before deciding on the KitchenAid KR8. It’s just marvellous - lots of of coffee options and 6 profiles which is perfect for our family. Perfect crema, easy to use - honestly we couldn’t be happier !

Really great product!
Love it! Had it about a month. Haven’t explored all the options (one can only drink so much coffee per day), but looking forward to exploring the choices. One of the first drinks I made for my wife, an espresso martini, was a huge hit!

Excellent espresso! Annoying frothing
Overall it makes a nice espresso, it’s quiet and clean, but the milk frothing leaves a lot to be desired and I would not pay the high price for what you get— A room temp latte that needs to be microwaved. However I cannot go back to my pod system because I now realize that tastes like garbage so I’m making the best of heating my milk myself.
