Not worth the cost
We "upgraded" less than 2 months ago from the Phillips 5400 fully automatic that we had for over 5 years to the KitchenAid KF8 espresso machine. This machine costs almost twice as much and is a total let down. The first issue is the fact that it doesn't brew hot enough. We have to run a hot water cycle and preheat our travel mugs to keep the coffee warm. The second issu...

Love it
I love my white KF8 fully automatic coffee machine. It is big but because it is white it only blends to my bench top and wall. It doesn’t make space look smaller. I can also select the beans and type of milk I want. Making me more addicted to coffee … hahaha

Everything we expected
We have been researching fully automated machines for 2 years and finally selected the KF8. A pleasant surprise. Do buy this
We were delightfully surprised how much we enjoy using this everyday. Originally we just intended to use this with guest and dinner parties. Now we use it everyday and even put our main brewing coffee maker away.

Customizing your coffee is a huge plus!

Premium Espresso Machine
LOVE my KF8! Looks beautiful and makes amazing consistent coffee (assuming you have good fresh beans) Love the all metal exterior and level of customization from water temp, flow rate and milk kind and order. Happy customer. All love the KitchenAid brand from my refrigerator to the stove!

Love this machine
We bought this machine on Black Friday and I can’t believe we ever lived without it!
It is so nice to have my favorite drinks saved in my profile, it’s like going to a coffee shop every morning.
Great coffee and so easy!
It does rinse more often than I realized it would but the coffee is worth it.

Great but not perfect
Great machine...However, it's difficult to get the settings correct so it does not taste sour. Wants to rinse too much as well, thus 4 stars instead of 5.

Concerned about reliability
Concerned with reliability. I bought this at the end of November. I have receiving it. I discovered a leak. It was determined that it could potentially be a bad valve so it was replaced.
