I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Remaining Life Indicators Pessimistic
Good quality and fair price. I would like it if the “pages remaining” estimation were more accurate. I typically can print at least 50 pages once the “toner low” dialog box starts appearing, and at least another 30 after the “toner very low” warning. Seems a bit Chicken Little-ish to me.
