I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Just amazing ink! Couldn’t be happier...I think. Not sure what would make it better besides a lower price. But even that wasn’t bad. So yea...couldn’t be happier (unless it was free)

Feel much more secure buying ORIGINAL HP products
After using a knock-off printer cartridge and fatally breaking what was a very well functioning printer, I decided to go with HP. Now that I have a new printer I only use HP original LaserJet cartridges.

Nice features last long.
I have been purchasing HP 30A for a couple of years now. The toner 30A last a long time and it does not smear. Very clean print.

Does not print 1600 pages at all!
This toner is printing around 200 pages, not 1600. The reviews are all coincident. This is not a lemon, this is systematic." I've had this hp printer for a year now , has held up great . The toner cartridges work great . Were very easy to change . Very pleased with.
