I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Great For a Home Office
Great for a home office. Can print a lot more than the cartridges for an all-in-all printer.

Saw they had it in Stock online
I was able to confirm they had this in stock at my local store by looking online. I was then able to run in and get what I needed and roam the aisles for a bit before leaving with my purchase. It was nice that I didn't have to wait for it.

Counterfeit Cartridges being sold as new at staples
I ordered an original hp cartridge for my printer, and when using it, the printer flashed a screen that said it was a counterfeit. I called HP, and they had me print off a supply report, which showed it as a used cartridge. Staples, of course, says they only sell an HP original, and will replace it if I send the old one back. My only problem is that I can only buy 1 cartridge at a time. I have another HP printer and I can buy 2 at a time for that one. What gives? Why no 2 pack.? Otherwise... I love staples and HP.

30A Toner Cartridges Do Not Last Long
I replaced a Canon machine with a HP. I am very pleased with the HP machine but my complaint is with the 30A Cartridge. The Canon cartridge (which admittedly was approximately $20 more per cartridge) would last me a good 2+ months. H&P cartridge 80A came with my new printer. I needed a new one. I came into Staples to purchase a new one.
The people in the Manhasset store were very kind and solicitous. I am an elderly lady and they treated me as if I was their family. Of course I would recommend this product and this store.

Not good
The cartridge only lasts about 3 weeks.
The machine that it’s for uses toners excessively.
Would never buy another one.

hp toner cartridge do not last
Have use HP laser printers for decades for home office use. Very reliable quality printers. Have always used HP toner Cartridges, This printer seem to go through the toner much quicker than usal. Not sure why, I do not think my usage went up that much.
