I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. HP Print Cartridge 30A CF230A
Quality is great. I've bought knock offs in the past and they are low quality (bad fit, cheaply constructed, less uses. Big mistake. My only complaint is the price. Keeps climbing higher and higher.

The product is great stuff, the problem is Staples
The Hp Toner is great stuff, the problem is Staples, they can never deliver the product when they say they will, it is always late with emails that say the stuff was delivered but wasn't. we have to have a to have a reliable source for Toner, every printer is different, so if no toner, no printer, and you can' rely on Staples!

HP, I really need your help
When I bought an HP 30X High Yield Black Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge in 2022, my printer began not printing the upper righthand portion of any page. I assumed this was due to the cartridge, and I was too cheap to buy another because your stuff is so expensive. So that cartridge is finally running dry and I bought a new one this month. Easy to Replace and Recycle
It took literally 30 seconds to replace this cartridge -but pay attention to how it sits in the packaging before you take it out because you’ll have to put the old cartridge in its place and that took several minutes (lol). Just drop the box off at staples with the old cartridge for credit.

Very useful. I get my money’s worth.
Lasts me about four months. Use it only for personal use, and a few volunteer projects. Seems to be easier to handle than the original models. None of the black powder falls out anymore.
