I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Great Toner! Love it.
Love my HP printer and this toner makes my copies look great. It lasts a long time, which is very important to me. Worth every penny!

I had a serious paper jam in my HP Laser jet Pro M227. Printer Display and App "manage your device" kept telling me to remove the Laser Cartridge and clear jam from the top. But, I could not grab enough of the paper to free it.

Print looks good
I just purchased my printer so I haven't replaced the toner yet, but so far ink/print looks great...crisp and clear.

Superb, as anticipated. It's just too bad that all the printer manufacturers insist on changing the
configuration of every successive device. Given that Staples will always refund you for unused cartridges, someone at HP should calculate the non-value-added waste of packaging, shipping time, and expense.

Easy to replace, but
Did not realize until we bought this printer that ink cartridges AND printer drum might need replacement. We had only needed to replace ink in years past. When our printer indicated that it needed ink replacement, we accidentally ordered a new printer drum not noticing that these were two different items. The printer still needed ink!
