I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Terrific product and terrific service

Excellent
I have been using HP printers since the 90's and always had success. I prefer the Laser Jet over the ink cartridge but with the amount of printing today my HP Envoy serves me well. I do use the Laser Jet on mass mailings.
