I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Staff went extra mile
Huge thanks to the staff at Staples. I ordered a replacement laser printer toner cartridge and, intending to recycle the old toner, accidentally gave the staff the imaging drum.
I realized this the next day and returned to the store. They looked through all the items to be recycled and were able to locate the matching imaging drum.
