I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. And I only found out about this silly limitation after purcha...

Purchase of printer cartridges
I went in to get two printer cartridges for a printer. Walked in, found a good supply of the cartridges that I needed, purchased 2 and was out of the store in approx 5 minutes. Great experience!

Not in use
I can’t rate it fairly at this time. I’m still using the original toner that came with the printer that I bought two weeks ago, so I can only give a 3 as I am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

Easy to remove and insert into the printer.
HP printer cartridges are high quality and easy to use. Just a bit expensive though.

Easy to handle
The cartridge slides right into the printer upon changing it. However, the print does not last that long. Could be I'm printing more but it always used to last quite a long time.

much better, completely full, only at 90% which is what I would have expected before. I did check that it was 100% when I first put in. unlike before, where I did not check at all.

Absolute best at sitting on the shelf: waiting to be used
The toner light on our printer came on because the toner was very low. I purchased this product to sit on the shelf until the previous cartridge is empty. This product is the absolute best at sitting on the shelf waiting to be used. The box is sturdy and light objects can be placed on top of it to conserve shelf space.

Staples pulled a fast one on me. Buyer Beware!!!
I purchased a new printer and toner cartridge from Staples. They shipped the toner and only then revealed they were actually out of the printer it goes with. Now I have a useless toner cartridge. What a joke.

Easy to install
I’ve never had staples deliver my items but with all the restrictions I went ahead and had them deliver it. It was delivered to my front door exactly at the time it is noted. This cartridge is so tiny. And it was very easy to insert into the printer in right now so far so good.
