I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. The toner cartridge is very expensive but it does work well. I hope it produces as many pages at the original cartridge.

The cartridge did not work
I have bought hp products directly from hp for the past 2, 3 years and have been happy. But this time, I thought my printer had broken. It made weird noise and would not print out the whole sheet.
