I have no problem with the toner, other than cost. I have a problem with the printer, also purchased from Staples, in that it REQUIRES the use of HP toner. There is insufficient notice on the documentation with the printer to warn the consumer. I have never had problems with after market toner cartridges. Most economical toner.
One of the biggest reasons that I chose an HP all-in-one printer is due to the operating cost. The toner is far cheaper than ink and for my requirements, has the best quality. The toner can be found at some very good prices and will print many many pages of documents.

Easy Installation
This was my first experience with replacing a toner. I thought I would have to get my grandson to do it for me but I tried it myself and did it on the first try. Very easy.

Love the print quality
I've had some other toner for several different printers but this toner is far superior in print quality. I'll buy it again for my current printer.

Laser Jet Toner - the best!!!

Hopeful
I'm glad to have this delivered; I've been having the "low toner" warning for several weeks already. My hope is that the new cartridge lasts at least as long as the previous one, given the "High Yield" classification. I'm sometimes surprised at how quickly I use these up.

It has the works!
It was easy to set up. I just let the CD do it all. It FAxes, copies, tied into my Network for all of my other computers.
