My hands thank you
I LOVE this mat. I like the room cool but my hands always get cold and start aching. This mat is wonderful! Lowest temp setting is all that's necessary to prevent cold hands so hoping it won't use too much energy. Looks nice on the desk too.

Purchased for my husbands frigid office. It is so cold in the building that his forearms and hands are always freezing cold which causes him to have pain in his wrists and forearms. The warmth has soothed the pain and he states that now the rest of his employees want them. He said the automatic shut-off is ideal as there is no worry of leaving it on.

<3 Cold No longer!
I wish I had this years ago for all the arctic office temperatures I’ve worked in! I originally bought it because I tend to run cold but an unexpected bonus has been how much it helps with the end-of-day pain in my arms.
