How I really like my desktop.
I love it, it was more than what I expected. Quality is really good I love all the features I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Prefer this not be made public
My set up is not complete. I was told I would have help and I have had none. I am really not happy because I thought I would have help. I need to know a local rep I can call to come and help me.

Excellent purchase
So far so good with my HP I enjoy the color sound quality could have been a little bit better but I will pick up some speakers and definitely wireless keyboard and mouse

OS sucks
HP not bad as you can ignore most of their add on. And I realize that HP is not responsible for windows 11 except that it is the only way it is sold. After two weeks I am still battling all the malware and ads windows loads this computer with. HP would earn my praise if they would only sell a 'clean' version of windows. But probably not possible.

Not Receiving the Package
I have received only the monitor, keyboard and mouse. The computer still has not arrived and I am not getting much help in curing this problem.

Great buy
For the price I paid , this is an excellent computer . It meets all my requirements for everyday work. This is not a fancy machine , with advanced add-ons. However, it is the best in term of price and performance in the group.

Computer enjoyment
Fun and wonderful!!! I am "of a certain age" and was nervous as could be about "graduating" to a fancy new computer. No need to have been in a panic as it's a delight! While I still have things to learn about it, I love using it and exploring. A real treat!

Mostly good if you don't mind the USB port and memory limitations
Problem items - case design is poor:
1. screen position is not adjustable. No up/down allowed on stand bar - no tilt adjustment is available.
2.All USB ports are all in the middle of the back of the screen - all must have extender cables attached to be easily accessed. from the front. If ports were placed on the edge they would be more convenient.
