Relaxing
The stretching mat gives your back a nice stretch when you are unable to do it your self. The neck part is a little uncomfortable. Very relaxing to use

Life Changing
Absolutely love the stretch mat, I use it twice a day for relief for sitting long hours. The feel when on the floor is a little hard which does not take away from the wonderful massage. Concern — I may exchange the current mat as I can feel protruding wires in 2 places. This is well worth the price, just need one that is not damaged.

Good potential, but nah...
This had good potential, but I returned it because the control pad was defective. Sometimes it worked, but other times it wouldn't allow me to increase the intensity. The programs seem nice, and they were relaxing, but I found it difficult to position myself correctly on the mat. Best massage and stretching machine ever!
Exactly what I needed, I enjoy having a massage but this gives you a massage with stretching like you’re in traction. I haven’t felt this good in years due to lower back pain. Have recommended to two people all ready and I’m just getting started. Thank you!

Wow!
This truly is an amazing device. All I can say is you have to try it to believe it. When I bought it I was skeptical but was really surprised by how effective it is. Comparable too expensive massage chair for a fraction of the price

Overall performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something to help my back and this is it. It works really well and the airbags do a great job at stretching my body. It’s very effective with the heat option. It is not intrusive and the ability to set the different modes for the intensity of the stretching is such a great feature.

Body Flex Mat
The Body Flex and Stretching Mat is unique and something I haven't seen before. While I have used a massage cushion in a chair before, this is totally different.
