At 73 technology has passed me by but I feel like this device is noticeably faster and colors seem brighter.

We're way out in the country and our phones are routed through our internet -- meaning; no router, no phone. So we had to record instructions while still connected, then rig up an ethernet connection (not straight forward with my laptop). Once the new router was connected to your site it all went well enough because your site has accommodations for those of us in the hi...

The router was easy to set up. It seems to be working very well. Definitely a speeding increase over the last unit.

Wireless Network Connections
I have had trouble maintaining connection with a Roku Express 4K+. Every day I need to reboot the router to establish the connection. I tried turning of the Smart Connect and renaming the networks but the router failed to complete the task. I had to do a factory reset in order the get the system back in service. I'm thinking about reinstalling my old router which never ...

New Netgear Router is Fast
I replaced an older Knighthawk with this new model and it was 15 minutes to swap, has great coverage in my 2800 sq. foot house, and is as fast as my cable modem on wireless a floor away! I was going to bridge my older Knighthawk on a different floor to keep wifi speeds up, but found it wasn't necessary. I've used the nighthawk app for years and love it's simplicity. ...

Easy
Easy to install Option to leave network name and password the same, so I don’t need to set up every device again. Only my HP laser jet printer and my ring doorbell didn’t connect out of the box.

Very Good Router
We were only getting 7mbps with our router provided by Spectrum. After replacing with the Night Hawk RS500 that jumped to 100mbps. Definitely worth the money!

Great Router
This router is great, it doesn’t drop WiFi signal randomly or have range issues, albeit I do have a small house. The speeds are good and it handles my 30 devices no problem. Overall I’m happy with the product. It’s leaps and bounds better than the first WiFi 7 router I owned from another manufacturer. It only made it a couple weeks due to how poor its WiFi stability an...

Poor performance and constant intermittent drops
I have been using this router now for about 3+ weeks. The performance and constant drops and lag is killing my work connections and having a lot of issues.
It does not support individual DNS setups for each Wifi setup and that is very annoying.
I would like to return this equipment for a full refund.
Thank you!

Easy setup, reliable, and fast
Been a long-time user of Netgear products. Recently upgraded to AT&T 2 Gb fiber, as we were seeing some slowdowns in speed during the weekend when everyone was home streaming multiple devices. At the time of the upgrade, we were using NETGEAR Nighthawk WiFi 6E Router (RAXE500), which served us well and was very reliable. However, with the upgrade to 2 Gb we were not ...

Performs well
The router is working consistently without issues. The setup was a little problematic as the instructions did not say that both the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands would be under the same name in Wifi7. Our previous Netgear router had them separate, so all our devices were still set up for two different networks. Also the Nighthawk app seems a little inconsistent performance-...
