RS600, not so sure...
Upgraded due to prior NetGear router no longert being supported. I did so on October 4, 2025 along with upgrading my Spectrum modem, and have had nothing but continued issues with the RS600 router. First it was gradual continual slowing of the router speed and progress to random offline incidents. A support ticket was created and is still open as of this review. First s...

streamlined effort
Netgear informed me that my equipment was obsolete and a threat to my internet security. They provided me with the replacement option at a discount! I clicked the link to Amazon and voila it was delivered to my front door. Setup was a breeze and all my devices are now up to date with internet connection.

Connect locally
Still can not connect locally,always switches back to connect anywhere and needs to reconnect when it switches.I have to reboot app.thanks .thanks ted

When I got an email that my old Nighthawk router was no longer going to be updated, and Netgear suggested the RS700S, I was excited to upgrade. Unfortunately, it's not any better.There is no less buffering with my TV's, and now my garage door won't connect to my internet.This has been a very frustrating switch

Simply the best
Everything you need. Fast, stable and reliable. The company is located here in the USA and given all that's going on these days it's not a bad idea to buy American for something that sees all your internet traffic.

Excellent Wi-Fi Router
Could not be happier with this router, I noticed the difference in streaming right away. The setup instructions were great for me, easy to follow and it only took 45 minutes. I took my time :)

Quick and easy setup
Instructions were easy to follow. Setup was a breeze. It took longer to connect to the router than the setup of the router. Connecting was easy, I just had 14 devices to connect. After setup, updating firmware was easy but took a few minutes. Had to go through two updates. You will want to do that before connecting devices. Connecting devices to new router was easy...

Expect another decade of Netgear performance
I've had a Netgear router since 2014. It worked great and has become obsolete. I bought this one with the confidence built up from the old one. So far that confidence has proven well founded. It was easy to install, especially following the suggestion of using the old SSID name and password. Everything connected seemlessly.

Nighthawk BE18000 Great Improvement
Since purchasing the Nighthawk BE18000 I have seen better reception on my devices. With my previous router, I needed a wifi extender for the TV in the Florida room. With the BE18000 it is no longer necessary. I receive an awesome signal in every room in the house. I would recommend this router to anyone looking for greater strength.
