Will stop working within months
Do not recommend. This machine is useless, a waste of money and will break not long after you buy it. I descaled it as I was instructed and immediately after it stops working and nothing will fix it. In store help was also useless. We have had 3 different vertuo machines and all three have stopped working within months. If you do buy one, get the older models. The older...

Better than a cafe
I love the variety of drinks this machine can be used to make. The XL pods have replaced the need to make pour over every morning! Pair it with an Aeroccino or other milk steamer and kiss the coffee shop goodbye.

Not the same.
I got this one to replace my older model, thinking it would at least be the same quality, but no matter what I do, almost every coffee this thing makes it FULL of coffee grounds. Something the literally never happened with my older model. It’s honestly cut my coffee consumption down a ton because it’s just not worth the disappointment.

Overall great product
bought this machine over a little 2 months ago. I’ve been absolutely obsessed. The colour, the features, the taste. Everything is just phenomenal.

Still making coffee
I bought this style coffee maker due to my other one had been stored for 5 months and had gotten mold in it and was leaking from bottom. Saw this model and liked that it would fit in my new smaller house. Works great love that it is smaller but with still great flavor!

Great bundle and yummy coffee
This machine is so amazing and the Samra Origins coffee pods taste soooo good! It’s so easy to use and it doesn’t take that much space. 10/10 would recommend.

Such a let down
I have owned this for a few months and the mechanism that picks up the pod and deposits it into the bin rarely works. It’s also the messiest machine. I always find spills underneath the machine. It can also be very loud and rattles at times. I completely regret buying this crappy machine!

Terrible experience
I bought this machine in July 2025.
It has been a nightmare. It only brews about 1/2 to 2/3 a cup before blinking red. I have run every diagnostic on Nespresso site and watched every relevant Youtube video trying to trouble shoot. Now it is leaking from underneath. A puddle accumulates on the counter every time I try to brew a cup of coffee. I wish I could post photos...
