Faulty
It has started leaking, and slightly bending the caps. I did troubleshooting with an agent over the phone, and it did resolve the issue for about 5 cups . The "cleaning" he talked me through isn't working now. Now I have a stockpile of coffee, and no way to make it.

Stopped working after about a year
This broke after about a year. I would have a blinking red light error and couldn't find any solutions across the internet. This is apparently a common issue if you look it up.

Good so far!
Machine come with an app that provides video instructions to set up and utilize. Easy to follow. Warms up/starts up quickly. Delivers great coffee.

Great taste and easy to use!
Nespresso coffee is so amazing. It's rich and foamy and very satisfying to drink. The Pop machine is extremely easy to use. Even my husband who is disabled can use and enjoy it with ease.

Great Value & Coffee
Great value for the price. It’s a little louder and clunkier to operate than the more expensive Nespresso machines, but the coffee it produces is just as excellent, and the compact form factor is also a plus.

Perfect for beginners
I got my Nespresso machine a week and a half ago and I’m impressed! I love making my iced lattes with it. The pink is so me and it’s very simple to use as someone that’s newer to making coffee! My first ever coffee machine! Never thought I’d see the day

Love the simplicity!
My partner purchased this machine a month ago, I will be replacing my 10 yr old Breville Model with this one soon. It’s simple and easy to use.

Almost perfect
I bought this machine a week ago to replace a larger older machine that stopped operating properly. The machine is great. The reason I gave it four stars, rather than five is because it needs to be refilled and emptied more often. It would be perfect for a family of one.

Nespresso Vertuo Pop review
This is my first ever Nespresso machine, and I am honestly pleased by it! It is the perfect machine to use when you are running short on time and need to make a quick cup of coffee. I love it even more that I got it in my favorite color, lilac!!

Great for a tight kitchen space!
