I love it so much
I am new to garmin watches, but this thing is amazing. It accurately keeps track of so many biometrics and makes it easy to stay on track even when you’re super busy. One of my favorite features during workouts is that sweat does not affect the touchscreen.

Lousy connection to earbuds, thinking of returning
Got for Christmas, earbuds keep going in and out. Tried 3 different pairs of earbuds and all 3 go in and out!

Enjoying but....
I am enjoying my Forerunner 165 Music watch. However, I have challenges with keeping the music that is on my watch connected to the wifi or a cellular connection. the Music regularly cuts in and out and not sure what the cause is for this. But...it is a bit annoying.

Enjoying the Music
A Christmas gift that I greatly appreciate. Had been using an old iPod for my music and it was being more and more difficult to charge. Resulting in numerous complaints from me. Lacks in features
While I can appreciate the price point of this watch, it doesn’t have any of the features that I came to expect on my Apple Watch. It notifies me of calls and texts on the watch but I cannot answer or respond to texts from the Forerunner 165 music. The battery life is not as long as they state if you use the notifications. Decent Upgrade
I’ve had it for just about a month. I run approximately 25 miles a week. It replaced my Forerunner 245 Music. It’s a decent upgrade. Does what I need it to do. Screen is nice. I don’t like that you cannot disable the step counter. It’s an unnecessary feature for some that drains the battery if you don’t need it.

User Friendly
I am not great with technology, so I was hesitant with this product. But, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to figure out how to use this watch and sync it to my phone. There are a few things that I am still trying to figure out, but nothing that hasn't been easy so far!

Great upgrade from vivoactive4
Overall, it is a great upgrade from vivoactive4 to Forerunner 165.
As far as the music, I have not been able to listen to any music... connected to YouTube, I do get Succes! Device connected, but when I tried to connect to my playlist, I get an error message (15) Something went wrong.

Awful software
Complete flipping joke. Oh how I wish I could curse and give this a proper review. Software is a joke. Have to subscribe to new music streaming services, because we all know the forbidden fruit company doesn't like to share with competitors. Awesome Purchase
Updated after my Apple Watch broke, and it’s been the best tech update I’ve had in a while, miles better then anything I’ve used for training or tracking steps, sleep, etc

Screen Too Small
Additionally, setting this up sucks. I have to have multiple apps on my phone, an app on my PC, and my watch also has to be connected to Wi-Fi, even when it's plugged into my PC? Terrible experience. Completely unintuitive. Will probably return the watch.

Love the insights
I got this for my birthday and is a great starter watch. I currently don’t need the 970 or anything super fancy so this is perfect. The music feature is awesome, I can leave my phone and just run while still having music but no distractions.

Finding my way through it still
Got this a few weeks back to help improve my overall running and get more information about how my progress is going. I love it for that! Lots of features that I'm still unpacking, which is a good sign.
