Well rounded

Got this watch for Christmas and couldn’t be happier with it. Very robust for the type of outdoor work I do, screen is very scratch resistant. It replaced my venu 3 which I loved but it did not stand well to what I put it through compared to the instinct. Stellar product

I had the instinct for 2 years and upgraded to the instinct3 solar recently. This watch is engineering gold. I am very active outdoors between mountaineering and surfing. This watch keeps track of every internal and external parameters anyone could ask for. At work, I scrub into surgery and can track my stress to better understand my bodies responses. Thank you Garmin!

Great Look! Great Features!

Fantastic watch

Lots of great features

Happy with everything except the dog tracker keeps losing track. Then I have to conduct a search and kick start it by drilling down to my dogs collar. My Instinct 2 never had this issue. Great functionality, but could be better

Good value for the money

My son bought this for me for Christmas as I spent a lot of time outdoors, camping fishing hunting, etc. I must say this watch is Rich with features from anything and everything to altimeter compass barometer navigating maps you name it it has it. I just wish it could make and receive phone calls.

Amazing Everyday Watch

Sure it does all sorts of sports stuff, tracks my fitness, communicates with my health plan, and sends me notifications, but it also gives the weather, sets timers, and tells the time. It's basically smarter then I am, which is great. It has awesome battery life and is a great upgrade from my Instinct Solar (1?).

Over thought

Purchased for device that would provide information quickly and accurately. The Instinct 3 is far from simple; it seems to me that the engineers wanted to display all the bells and whistles at the cost of functionality. Too many menus and rabbit holes to gain even the most basic information. I would not purchase again, and am disappointed that I spent my money.

Great Features!!

I bought two of these watches…one for me and one for my husband. The watch has all activities you need. I especially love the open water swim function. Love, love, love! All the watch you need without the big price tag.

Best watch I owned

I bought this about a month ago and so far exceeded my expectations. First reason for buying it was the long battery life. It shows 27 days of battery life when fully charged but it changes as you activate the GPS function. The few hour long activities haven’t put a big dent in battery life, and I am sure I can get about 2 weeks on one charge with a normal use.

Rough learning curve. Good otherwise.

Switched to this from my Apple Watch. HUGE improvement in usage life (battery life). Getting weeks versus hours between charges.
LOTs of areas of UX Behavior that I still stumble and struggle with. Starting and stopping activities is a big challenge.
