Where is the Key??????
I have chatted with Customer Service 2 times and BOTH times they said they would call me back with an answer and both times they DID NOT. I usually have no issues with Staples but this customer service has been a joke. There is NO KEY with these locks. I paid extra to get locks with key access - how do you access it with a key when there is no key?
