Poor quality
The whisks are of poor quality. They bend and twist if touching the side of a mixing bowl while beating egg whites! This happened 3 times. I have been beefing 3GS for. Ore then 30 years and never had this happen. Instead of offering g replacement whisks Brown replaced the entire unit 3x, great. What a waste and how terrible for the environment. I now have 3 motor unit...

Lasted about 2 months
I bought this mixer to start making my own bread. It lasted about two months before it started making weird rattling noises inside and pieces of plastic started falling out of it. I would not recommend this mixer if you want something that lasts.

Excellent beater
I bought this recently after a cheap hand mixer finally gave up the ghost. I went with Braun because it's a trustworthy brand. It works very well for whipping egg whites, heavy cream etc. It's not obnoxiously loud and has many speed settings. I love the eject button.
I do wish it came with a whisk attachment. Also I would love to be able to order an extra set of beate...
