PROGRAMMED OBSOLESCENCE every 2 years
BREAKS EVERY 2 YEARS - you will be lucky to get this machine to last two years. The clean cycle will lock up. Braun will replace it under warranty, but the new replacement begins the new warranty from the original purchase date. They will not provide warranty replacement machines with a full warranty. Really good coffee, but missing basic features
Unlike any coffee maker I have ever owned, this one can only make a few sizes of coffee: 5, 8, 12, 16, 20, 25 and 50 ounces. That's it. If you want, say, 18oz or something in the 35-40 oz range, you're out of luck. I have a 16 oz stainless steel travel cup. I like to brew about 14 oz to have room for cream. This machine can't do that. I have no clue why.

Buyer Beware
Don’t waste your money - you’ll be better off with a more basic machine. First dislike straight out of the box is that this thing is LOUD! It has a beep that goes off after brewing - you cannot turn it off or turn it down. You’d think i’m complaining about something so simple, but read other reviews… i wish i had. Makes a good cup of coffee.
I like the clean lines of the coffee pot that it is pretty simple to use. It has a hot water option that is great. It has multiple brew strength’s. My only complaint is that the coffee comes out really really slow.

Some one can’t read emails
Bought this coffee maker a few months ago. The ‘auto on’ feature never worked. Called customer servant they went thru. Their time consuming process and agreed I was right. Said they would send a replacement, said it came in either stainless or white. I selected stainless as that is what I bought originally. What did I get yesterday???? WHITE

Worst coffee maker ever
Awful. Threw error codes out of the box and always brewed half of what setting you picked. Makes a horrible beep you can’t silence and the menu buttons are the worst. Worst machine I’ve ever used.

Broken within 8 months
I bought this in February of last year and it is already broken. In that time, multiple errors popped up and I often had to go purchase coffee elsewhere in the morning. In addition, pouring is extremely messy, the heating pad randomly doesn't work (with no pattern as to of when it will not?), and a whole mess of other issues. Definitely do not recommend.

Best coffee you’ll ever drink!
This coffee maker is well worth the investment! You wouldn’t think a coffee maker determines how good a cup of coffee can be, but it most certainly can! Even the iced feature holds it’s own against the chain coffee companies!

Attractive machine, excellent coffee
This is the 2nd Braun coffee machine that I have owned and, althought I thought the quality of coffee brewed by the 1st could not be better, the MultiServe outscores the old one with it's look, versatility, and the flavor of coffee.

Most Versatile Coffee Machine!
I absolutely love and am obsessed with this coffee maker! I love the versatility of it. I used Keurig's for years and wanted the option to make a half to full carafe of coffee when I wanted. As well as hot water for any tea drinkers or when I want to switch it up. It's easy to use and have no complaints.
