Some Issues.
This office chair is very comfortable, with great padding and neck support. I love that it swivels and feels sturdy, not flimsy.
However, the wheels don't roll smoothly, even on an office mat—I have to push with my feet to move it. Assembly wasn't too difficult, though a small part was missing, but my husband fixed it. If not for the wheel issue, and part missing, this ...

A great office chair.
The mind reader executive office chair is really a nice chair. The chair has a headrest, which is awesome. The chair itself is very comfortable. The chair can be moved either higher or lower to accommodate your height. The rollers on the bottom make it convenient to move around. Overall a great office chair.
