I hot my machine as a present from my daughter and my coffee is cafe quality I love it easy to use looks great in my kitchen. I cant really rate the price becausr i got it for free😀😀 im so lucky

Regarding the general operation and screen function -good
The major flaw is that even though one choses the 3 bean selection and sets the brew grinder unit to 1 ( strongest setting) I find the coffee weak in taste. I tried buying darker roast coffee but not much of a difference!

Makes a great coffee
Once I mastered the programable settings I get the coffee I want exactly how I like it.
The down side of the machine is the way it handles powder rather than grinding coffee beans. I don't think enough engineering went into this part of the machine.

Great machine - great price!
Probably one of the cheapest coffee beans to coffee machines around but... This machine goes beyond what I thought it would do. From normal coffee beans to being able to organise a one cup decaf coffee when needed via the ground coffee port. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Fast and practical espresso maker
After researching plenty of machines and brands we decided to go with this Phillips,we are beginners in the espresso world but 2 years in and the machine has already loved up to it's worth. Love our Phillips espresso machine. It is so easy to use and love the built in grinder. My home smells like a coffee shop all day. 😎

Disappointing
The machine operates reasonably but produces very weak and watery coffee. The espresso is NOT espresso with no crema to speak of, even when set on the finest grind. SO disappointed as I gave this machine to myself as a birthday gift, a costly mistake. Can NOT recommend. Sad!!

Happy First Timer
Upgraded after several Nespresso machines and we are absolutely loving this! Took a few trial and errors with bean types and strength, but have the settings down pat. Takes no more time than an pod machine and cleaning and quality is great.

In all fairness I haven’t used the machine yet
because the filter isn’t included with the purchase
. I know it isn’t expensive for a coffee machine but it is incredibly mean not to include a crucial part.

broken down after a few months and the use is maybe 4 cups per day. manuals aren't helpful and website will only help you accept all the cookies, despite having paid for the unit. expect more from a philips product. will be claiming on the warranty it seems.

I fell in love with the machine
I fell in love with this machine because my nephew has one and I wanted to live the experience of having one of my own. Love to use it every day for a fresh cup of coffee.
