I tried using the Steam Mop several times, but it still doesn’t work—no steam comes out even after testing different power outlets. Also, noticed that the original box appeared to have been opened before I received it, so it seems to be an open-box product. I have already returned

Almost perfect
Bought this as an upgrade to the old Shark steamer. I love the new feature of the water reservoir because it makes it much easier to fill. I love the change to the velcro pad because the old pads got to where they would not velcro shut after a few washings. The only drawback to this model is that the cord is not as long as the old model. Don't know why you would shorten...

Great Cleaning
Utilized on three surfaces with the 3 different settings. Sealed hardwood floors, bathroom tile and linoleum. Worked great and removed a lot of dirt. Floors are vacuum and mopped routinely but the steam mop allowed for better cleaning.

For a replacement it's great
I bought this to replace my original model S3601A pocket mop that I had since 2012, so lasted 13 years. My floor area is much smaller than what I had bought the S3601A to clean so I thought this would be a nice smaller alternative. No smears or streaks with this steam mop!
First use gave very good results after steaming my laminated floor covered in dog paw prints! I purchased this as my robovac/ mop can’t get to this room. Disappointed — Broke After Only Three Years with L
I’m really disappointed with this Shark steam mop. I’ve had it S3973 for only about three years, and I use it very lightly — maybe once or twice a month. Despite that, it suddenly stopped working properly. The steam now leaks from the top where the water tank connects to the mop body, and almost no steam comes out from the mop head.

Best little steam mop in Texas
I love this steam mop it is so light and easy to use it makes doing the floors a breeze. I've also used it in places like the shower on the tiles and it worked its magic in there as well. I love this steam mop’
I ordered my stem mop last month and I’m obsessed with it, I have three little ones and a large dog and this has been a total lifesaver. It heats up instantly and I’m able to mop my entire house in no time. I really appreciate the steam blaster, it’s actually gotten rid of stains that I thought were permanent on my tile floors. Definitely recommend!

I’m happy with the steam mop except for the cord. It’s a little short for large floors. Haven’t had a Shark that I haven’t been happy with.

I've owned other steam mops previously and was never impressed - the included pads were never durable or capable of scrubbing, the steam wasn't consistent, it didn't clean any better than a normal mop, etc. Shark's version however? My mind is BLOWN.
