Perfect size and fun to build
My husband and I had a great time building this kit! The directions were easy to follow and the pieces were sturdy. It’s the perfect size to display, not too big but not tiny. We have it in our bedroom for now, but it will eventually end up in my library by my Star Wars books. We’ll definitely be getting more Lego Star Wars kits in the future!

Infuriating build
I have been building Lego for just over a year now since I read it was therapeutic. I have terminal cancer and found this hobby again after all those years since childhood-I’m 69 now. I have read the reviews where this wee kit goes together fine with no issues but for me - perhaps it is because of my age etc I couldn’t get the legs to remain attached to the body. I’ve e...

Missed opportunity
There may have been a desire for consistency with the other sets on this scale, but with the AT-At and a snowspeeder why didn't Lego make the base white?!! That would be so much more in keeping with the battle of Hoth, so I feel that is a missed opportunity.

Surprisingly good build
Ok so this will be a pretty in depth review.
The building techniques used were honestly really fun to complete. The way the set came together was really nice and the two 1x1 round studs for minifigs was a really clever idea and a nice touch. The SNOT techniques were my favorite aspect about this set.
In general it would be nice to have like one minifigure for each o...

Lego never fails
Lego truly makes some fun sets. We have several of the Star Wars ones and they always come out amazing. We have the bigger version of this set and I love that we can make them look like baby and mama AT-AT

Great item for a Star Wars fan
My son found the kit really good fun to build and loves the articulation. The use of the hook system was very intuitive, and he really enjoyed the build. It looks incredible on display with his other Stae Wars Lego diaoramas.

Almost a good build
This build started off great, then the legs...... the body goes together flawlessly and the legs even go together well, unfortunately that ends when attaching legs to body and base. The legs are kind of flimsy and when trying to get the pose right, they keep coming apart. This one takes alot of patience to get the legs to work right opn the base and then, do not move it...

So fun
Legos are my favorite! Even as an adult, this has been so much fun to create. It is so relaxing. It's a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it was also easy to finish and looks awesome next to my Lego grogu!

Very impressive model.
My kid was over the moon it was his first Lego from Star Wars. Very impressive model. Kit has 525 pieces and says 18+ but my 11 years old son safely build all by himself in few hours time. He was so pleased with finished model. But in my opinion this particular set can be classified as 12+.

Not for me
I was stoked to get this because my dad LOVES Star Wars. These are fairly expensive, so we don't buy them. He was excited. We started piecing it together and got frustrated. It wouldn't stay together. We couldn't get it to stand up. It was just a mess for us. It could be operator error, but I wouldn't pay for it. It was also smaller than expected.

So cool, easy to assemble
I love this, it was such a fun build and is the perfect size to fit in my “Star Wars” cabinet. The legs are a bit fiddly to get on and I managed to mess it up and had to fix bits along the way, but the finished results are amazing. There are only 4 bags, so it wasn’t a long or difficult build.

Very cool Lego set!
This AT-AT is awesome! As a Star Wars family, my son has quite a few Star Wars Lego sets and he was super excited to see this one. He worked on it for a few days (with some help from Mom and Dad). The instructions are easy to follow, with step by step pictures to guide. On e it was fully assembled it felt sturdy and he’s been playing with it quite a bit.

Memories of ESB
Fun build with some Easter eggs and memories of Empire Strikes Back. Great display piece a little fragile for play. Excellent for any Star wars fan be it somewhat over priced. Could have included AT AT driver or General Veets mini fig for more value. Loved the mini snowspeeder from Hoth scene.

What Everyone Else Said
Let's start with the outrageous pricetag. I'm not sure what Lego was thinking when they set this price! The build itself can be quite frustrating. The connection points of some of the major components are very weak. The legs are the worst example of this. I managed to get them to stay on with only about half a dozen tries. The look in the end is very cool, but also very...

So cool!
This is probably the coolest Lego set I've been sent! It's lightweight and easy to move around. I do like that is comes with a display base as well and it looks great inside my display cabinet such a perfect price point for this cool of a set as well! Lego absolutely never disappoints!

Classic fun!!!
Such a fun set!! My husband and I LOVE legos, but unfortunately we don’t have the space to have multiple complete sets. We love the star wars sets specifically and have been wanting the large AT-AT for so long so this smaller one was a PERFECT option for us! As always the box comes with all the pieces in separate bags for each step, and the booklet on how to put it toge...

Looks amazing!!
My other hair absolutely loves Lego and Star Wars!! This was a great addition to his collection. Easy to build…. Just follow the steps!! Found it a bit tricky to stand the AT AT on the base.. just fell apart if not careful. But it looks great..!!

Awful
I’ve tried time and time again to attach the legs without them falling off. Once you attach one the other falls off. They are only held on with one small round brick. We can’t even get it onto the stand without either the legs falling off or the sides falling off. We have build it and then took it all apart and build again to check we hadn’t done anything wrong. Can’t e...

The snow speeder is a perfect touch
To be fair, it is a bit pricy for what it is. But I cannot say that I don't love it cause I really do. Empire strikes back iS an All time classic, that scene was a revelation of the might of the Empire back in the day. Display is perfect size and the snow speeder makes it larger than life

Falls apart too easily
This set falls apart so easily! I built it twice as it fell apart while placing it on the shelf. I will definitely have to glue the legs to keep it standing. For the cost, I was not satisfied with the endurance of the product.

Response from Staples :
We understand how frustrating it can be when pieces aren't staying in place. However, you should never need to use glue to keep your sets together. If you'd like a hand troubleshooting the build, please give us a shout at LEGO.build/Service-BV.
