I definitely would not purchase this again.
Very disappointed with this product. The size of the puzzle is much smaller than I expected. The pictures of the product are deceiving. The packaging is poor and younger kids constantly mix the pieces and spill them.

Where are the pictures?
I was disappointed that there were no pictures to accompany the puzzles. Much harder for the child to identify which piece goes where.

Love these puzzles
Great-sized puzzles for little hands! My only suggestion is to draw in the shape on the bottom of the box so you can keep the pieces for each puzzle separate. Toddlers are less likely to get frustrated when trying to put a puzzle piece in that doesn't go with that particular puzzle.

Safety Hazard
My 2 yr old son received this puzzle as a Christmas gift from an aunt because he loves puzzles and dinosaurs. However, I was immediately displeased because the sliding lid of the wooden box housing the puzzles, had splinters coming off of each edge. It was rough and not sanded well at all. Dinosaur Puzzle--Great for elderly dementia patient!!
The wooden puzzles with 12 or less pieces are used by my 81 year old husband, who is a dementia patient. He loves the puzzles! They are good to give him an activity, help with small motor skills, and to use what memory he has remaining.

A big hit with our grandson so we bought another one
Our 3 yr old grandson loves trucks so we bought him the truck puzzle box which he loves! He always takes it with him to our house to show us how he can do all four puzzles by himself. He also loves dinosaurs so we bought him that one for Christmas which we're sure will also be a big hit!

I would buy them again and give them as gifts.
This collection is a great value, we love the variety and the construction quality is terrific. My 3 year old was a little frustrated the first day when he tried putting them together. These are larger than his other puzzles. However, once he figured them out, he loves doing them over and over.

I would buy this again.
The back of each puzzle piece is coded with a shape (square, diamond, etc.) so sorting out which piece goes to which puzzle is easy. Even my 3-year old grandson figured that out right away. Pieces are of good quality (as usual for M&D products) and I recommend this item for puzzle lovers.

I highly recommend these types of puzzles for starters
This is a great starter for children when doing puzzles. They are well built wooden pieces and there are 12 pieces for each puzzle so they don't get so discouraged when trying to put the puzzle together. It's also great to have the wooden case to store the pieces in.

Great small puzzles for preschoolers
Perfect for a 3-year-old to put together with some help. If they love dinosaurs, this helps to engage the child in something that is a little hard for them at first. Very high quality puzzle pieces.

Layers of wood come off of the pieces
Pieces easily chip. The layers of wood detach and break.
