Excellent Wide angle!
I am a wide angle photographer, I Love Capturing the surroundings in a very symmetrical way, so I purchased this after market 14mm, its a hit and miss not so happy, I also have the canon 16-35mm 4.0 that I liked. Excellent Wide angle!

One of my favorites
This is a great lens. I previously had a 3rd party 14mm for wide angle use that I rarely used because of poor picture quality. First day using this, photos were colorful and sharp corner to corner.

Great Versatile Lens
Exceptional Autofocus and sharpness. Replaced 3 of my other dedicated focal length lenses quite easily.

Essential element
Took this lens to China and used it under various conditions from cloudy and misty to night to sunshine to fog/pollution and got wonderful results. Sharp shots even without IS and handheld. Shot pics at night going through the Gorges Dam. Paired it with a Canon 5d Mark III.
