These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag, much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples

Don't work.
My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints, tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

I like getting the three colors and black in one package.
I tried the black Staples replacement, but not with the replacement colors. It didn’t work without them (not sure if mine were empty). So, after reading the comments about the replacement product, I went back to the HP brand never knowing if the full set of he cheaper product would have worked.

Don't Waste Your Money
The Staples brand cartridge didn't last for even a fraction of the amount of time the real HP cartridges do.

So far all is good
To be fair the printer I put the cartridge in is only used as a fax machine. The cartridge appeared to be an HP cartridge that had been remanufactured. It has preformed flawlessly so far. I will update the review if I have any issues with it. I like being able to use a re-man product, less waste and I'm supporting a retailer that has always given me good service.
