Great item. Inexpensive. Folds up. Apt measuremnts
It was inexpensive folds up used to measure rooms in an apartment viewing. It is made for children I purchased it because I forgot to bring my tape measure to an apartment viewing. Happy to have found this Staples store on my route to the apartment viewing.

Decent for less than half meter
The joints have too much flop, especially the middle rotational joint. It's okay if you lay it down and don't touch it but nearly impossible to get heights. Wish the joints had magnet locks or were just much tighter tolerance. Cheapest ruler they carry though!
