Bad installation
When i was installing this product some of the pieces did not fit well together. The top shelf was way off center and the second one was uneven. The legs were not matching so it was off balanced.

Comfortable chair
No instructions in the box made assembly a challenge, and the screw cover plugs were not able to push in without collapsing.

Defective and uncomfortable
The gas strut was defective after 3 weeks of use. Also, the chair does not lean back at all.

Not worth it
It's too pricey it wobbles and it's badly made my husband had to stand on it and force it to one side so it can at least look decent. Do not waste your money there are better ones .

What a banger chair tho
Very sturdy, the base is heavy and the rest of the chair is well ventilated and light. I like that the arm rests fold all the way back. The back rest is very forming to my back and sits very upright, good for concentrating. The recline is a bit tight right now but im hoping it will work itself in.

New Monarch I High Back Executive Chair
This chair was hard to put together.The moulded base did'nt fit with the arms.But other than that this is a great chair!

Je la recommande!
J'aime beaucoup ma nouvelle chaise de bureau à l'exception qu'il faut que je fasse attention à ce que je porte (tissus pelucheux par exemple) car ça entre dans les mailles du dossier et il faut l'entretenir plus souvent. Mise à part ce petit inconvénient, je la trouve très confortable et belle, j'aime bien le fait que l'on puisse lever les bras lorsque nécessaire.

This product is just waste of money
we bought this product exactly a year ago. The pas 3-4 months it makes so much noise that we can't use it. It's a shame for all the material that has been used to go to waste. I would really not recommend this product. It's not good for you nor environment.

Très bonne qualité!
La chaise est vraiment de qualité et confortable. L'assemblage était désagréable, mais ça en valait le coup! Bon rapport qualité/prix.

No more back pain now that I have proper support.
The chair is great. I am in an office chair 8 to 10 hours a day and I used to have a lot of back pain which has now gone now that I have proper support. The only problem is that it was hard to put together. The arms and the under-carriage did not line up properly and it makes a cracking noise every time I get up from the chair. But it is still worth it as it is so great...

Easy setup and stylish chair
This chair was stylish and offered good value for the money. I bought this primarily because it was ergonomic and white to go with the rest of my decor. This is used as my main officr chair. Looks great sits terribly
I bought this over 2 months ago, I don't use my computer often so I thought this chair was a good fit for my desk. everything about the chair was great until I sat in it. This chair is not stable at all it feels like I am balancing on a needle, it leans to the left and the right so I have to try and keep myself even. Invest in something more reliable

Monarch I 7269 High-Back Executive Office Chair
Seat pad housing was cracked. Called customer service as directed on instructions and they sent a replacement right away. Also the pad on the RH armrest is not secured properly, poor quality control from manufacturer. Chair is good as an "at home office" desk chair other than the items listed.

Odd Proportions - be careful
The quality seems good for the price, but I am not sure who it would fit. I am 5'7", and at the lowest chair height, my feet barely touch the floor (I can't put my feet flat on the floor) and my knees are nowhere near the 90 degree angle that an ergonomic chair should have; which also makes it too tall for my computer desk. I have literally never had or used an office...

Cette chaise est une vraie arnaque. Impossible à monter convenablement, instructions presque inexistantes (aucune description, que des petits dessins). Je suis pourtant habituée à monter/démonter des chaises. Celle-ci est très cheap, entièrement faite de plastique de basse qualité, vis de soutien beaucoup trop courte, impossible à aligner correctement.
