Bad installation

When i was installing this product some of the pieces did not fit well together. The top shelf was way off center and the second one was uneven. The legs were not matching so it was off balanced.

Defective and uncomfortable

The gas strut was defective after 3 weeks of use. Also, the chair does not lean back at all.

Not worth it

It's too pricey it wobbles and it's badly made my husband had to stand on it and force it to one side so it can at least look decent. Do not waste your money there are better ones .

Plant Stand

This product is just waste of money

we bought this product exactly a year ago. The pas 3-4 months it makes so much noise that we can't use it. It's a shame for all the material that has been used to go to waste. I would really not recommend this product. It's not good for you nor environment.
I had a video but i needed to upload to youtube to be able to share it!

No more back pain now that I have proper support.

The chair is great. I am in an office chair 8 to 10 hours a day and I used to have a lot of back pain which has now gone now that I have proper support. The only problem is that it was hard to put together. The arms and the under-carriage did not line up properly and it makes a cracking noise every time I get up from the chair. But it is still worth it as it is so great...

Easy setup and stylish chair

This chair was stylish and offered good value for the money. I bought this primarily because it was ergonomic and white to go with the rest of my decor. This is used as my main officr chair. Looks great sits terribly

I bought this over 2 months ago, I don't use my computer often so I thought this chair was a good fit for my desk. everything about the chair was great until I sat in it. This chair is not stable at all it feels like I am balancing on a needle, it leans to the left and the right so I have to try and keep myself even. Invest in something more reliable

Monarch I 7269 High-Back Executive Office Chair

Seat pad housing was cracked. Called customer service as directed on instructions and they sent a replacement right away. Also the pad on the RH armrest is not secured properly, poor quality control from manufacturer. Chair is good as an "at home office" desk chair other than the items listed.

Odd Proportions - be careful

The quality seems good for the price, but I am not sure who it would fit. I am 5'7", and at the lowest chair height, my feet barely touch the floor (I can't put my feet flat on the floor) and my knees are nowhere near the 90 degree angle that an ergonomic chair should have; which also makes it too tall for my computer desk. Great chair!

Ordered this chair as I'm started a new job with more of a fixed schedule.
To address what the other reviewers mentioned about the assembly being difficult...it really wasn't AT ALL. I was hesitant to make this purchase based on the reviews, but figured I would go for it since the negative reviews seemed to be based more on the assembly of the chair, rather than the chair itself... Happy with purchase - instructions are attrocious

Bought on staples.ca, arrived fast/ ahead of schedule. Comfortable, and supportive, and an excellent height as I use a custom built desk. Materials feel durable.

Bad purchase

I had high expectations, but I guess that's the risk of buying online without actually seeing the product. For the amount I paid, there are far better chairs out there. The quality is cheap and the fabric is too rough for my liking. Given another chance, I'd pick a different chair.

Good chair...crappy instructions

Took 45 mins to setup and the instructions provided is terrible. I see this as a common feedback from many customer and Monarch should seriously consider revising it. I understand it comes from China, however the least you can do it provide instructions in English/French.
